Star Cottages

Three unique cottages resting in the sleepy village of Star, in easy reach of all of the amenities that Cenarth has to offer, the Star Cottages are wonderfully suited to groups of friends or families seeking a scenic escape to Wales. Boasting easy access to many coastal and countryside attractions, it makes a beautiful base at any time of the year. Together sleeping a total of ten guests, The Nook sleeping two while The Hen Pen and Pendre Cottage host four people each, they provide a flexible sleeping arrangement for a variety of group needs. Each cottage boasts its own characterful interior, combining an eclectic mix of rustic with a homely charm, with all properties offering their own garden space too, perfect for if you're seeking a quiet moment with a loved one or if you want to gather to dine alfresco. The village of Cenarth is located on the River Teifi, with its picturesque water falls where you can enjoy peaceful walks and sometimes catch sight of the local fishermen out on the river in their coracles. Visit the Coracle Museum, tea rooms, gift shops or pubs to complete your delightful day out. The coastal town of New Quay is close by where you can book a local boat trip to go dolphin spotting. Alternatively, visit The Wildlife Centre at Cilgerran where you may see badgers, otters, buzzards and even deer, or why not explore Cilgerran Castle?
