  • "Absolutely fantastic accommodation."

    Finished to a very high standard with everything you would need. The heating was excellent, plenty of crockery, good comfortable seating and fantastic views over the marina and out to sea. There are plenty of take-aways within a two minute car journey or a few minutes walk. Plenty of birds fishing in the sea, lots of little fishing boats meandering along and great for watching the Eurofighters and Poseidon aircraft coming in to land at the nearby RAF base. There's a terrific sandy just a few minutes walk away too. If you like aircraft, it's worthwhile visiting the nearby MorayVia aircraft museum, where you can sit in the actual cockpits of various RAF helicopters and planes and also talk to the volunteers, many of whom were pilots e.g. Red Arrows, Vulcan bomber, Nimrod.

    Stunning apartment with fantastic views of the harbour and the open sea beyond. Equipped to a high standard and comfortable. The balmy weather and pleasant sunshine assisted with visits to numerous local beaches and coves which were both beautiful and uncrowded. Would recommend the accommodation and area to anyone.

  • "We had an amazing time at Spinnaker."

    On arrival, the apartment was very clean, and the welcome pack and information provided was excellent. Spinnaker has an amazing view of the ever-changing boats in the marina, and we found it a useful base to explore the Moray coast of Scotland. We spent a lot of time in the Harbour Lights working through the menu gradually. Sadly 2 weeks was not enough time!

  • "The property is all and more with highest attention to detail to make the holiday maker comfortable."

    We’ve seen dolphins and seals, Cruise liners and fishing boats Airplanes and RAF planes all through the picture window. There is no need to cook as the selection of foods available is too many to choose. The Harbour Lights for breakfast and Brunch on lazier days. The Salt Cellar for dinner. Elgin has all you need inc superstores and Retail parks. We truly have had the best holiday and will be back…

  • "Spinnaker is in a great location with stunning views of the harbour and beyond."

    The accommodation is spacious and well equipped. We had a wonderful week there. Just a suggestion to add to the kitchen items - oven gloves and an apron.

  • "Very nice apartment and we enjoyed our stay."

    Constructive criticism---- no instructions for our use e.g. we were quite cold in morning but didn't know how to get a little more heat. No maps for reference. No milk on arrival, we were in need of a cup of tea after a long day. All other cottages we have rented have provided a small welcome pack of basics to save having to go out immediately for shopping.

    Very interesting location with constant activity going on within the marina. Good location for beach combing and coastal walks. One recommendation would be a Welcome Handbook providing local contact details, I.e. restaurants/takeaways, museums and leisure facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Spinnaker!

    Everything you could possibly need Fantastic views Spotlessly clean Accurate description Can't wait to stay again Generously provision of toilet paper, kitchen cleaning materials, kitchen roll Lovely welcome pack Hairdryer provided but wasn't able to find this in Spinnakers description, so would have been useful to know?, as I flew ?, it would have saved the weight and packing . Recycling collection a bit vague, where I live it's slightly different. Unsure to put bins out or do council collect , maybe it was in handbook on reflection Thanks so much for a wonderful stay, we did not want to leave.

  • "Spinnaker is delightful accommodation in a great position in a lovely town."

    It is fresh, impeccably clean, modern and extremely comfortable. The furnishings, appliances and fittings are of a very high quality and practically everything is provided. We had a very enjoyable week even though the weather wasn’t at it’s best and would highly recommend Spinnaker for a stay in Lossiemouth

LOSSIEMOUTH

Situated on Scotland’s north east coast, Lossiemouth is a perfect holiday destination as it not only boasts a very rich and interesting history with lots of visitor attractions, but is also perfectly located to offer a wide choice of outdoor pursuits. The town itself has a surprisingly good selection of shops, hotels, pubs and restaurants and its wonderful coastal location means that the sea is always lapping away in the background. Take in the breathtaking scenery with a refreshing walk along the Moray Coast Trail, or enjoy a round of golf on the course located beside the shoreline. If you like being out on the water then you can choose to go fishing or perhaps dolphin watching on one of the many boat trips available. West Beach stretches for 3 miles, beside the famous Covesea Lighthouse and this area is a windsurfers dream. For hill walkers and cyclists there are many trails and routes to follow and along the way you will notice the wildlife all around you. The north east coast has many charming fishing villages and a short drive from one will lead you along to the next, each with its own history and atmosphere.
