We immediately felt comfortable and right at home in this warm and cosy flat.

The views from the balcony are lovely and as we were lucky to get sunny warm September weather, we spent a lot of time gazing over the beach and sea. Lossiemouth is great to explore and a perfect base to see the wider area. We plan to book this property again.

My daughter and I stayed at Seascape for a week, just leaving yesterday.

We are from the USA so I found Sykes a great avenue for booking. Everything went smoothly on the booking process I chose Seascape because it was on the sea, in a small town, and had two bedrooms with full size beds. The property itself exceeded my expectations. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped. It was more spacious than I had anticipated from the booking photos. And the location was amazingly gorgeous and peaceful. We had originally planned to travel Scotland to see several areas, but we enjoyed Lossiemouth so much that we spent more time just hanging out there. Plus, we had beautiful sunny weather during our week. I highly recommend Seascape.

Amazing property with beautiful views over the east beach, this was our second time staying here and we would love to visit again sometime.

The only thing i would say is the little welcome hamper is lovely and very much appreciated a pint of milk would be also nice as the first thing most people would like after a long journey is a nice cup of tea or coffee.

Another lovely stay at Seascape However some things to mention All the windows were in need of a good clean The orange headboard in the first bedroom had fluff along the top We were advised that the wooden patio set which normally is on the back patio could found in the utility room in the garden After a lot of effort we managed to carry it upstairs only to find the table was broken

Absolutely fantastic property and location in Lossiemouth!

This is our second visit and we are already planning our next, would highly recommend!!

Seagull poo on almost every door and window when we arrived and all over the patio which was a bit off putting but given the number of birds not sure if anything could be done.

Apart from this we loved the apartment. Very comfortable and with views to die for.

What a fantastic find.

Everything we could wish for in comfort, decor and equipment. Perfect location topped by the icing on the cake-watching a pod of dolphins from the balcony . Will definitely be rebooking.

Lovely property, very comfortable and in a great location.

We absolutely loved the flat and the view from the balcony was fantastic.

We have a son who is severely autistic but he loved the peaceful atmosphere and even at night it was very quiet and he wants to go back very soon. That’s a great testament to how much we enjoyed it. We couldn’t work out how to make the cooker work which wasn’t really a problem because we had the microwave but it was annoying. The amenities stated a washing machine which we would have used had we found it. Overall we loved it and we would love to go back.

We enjoyed our week in Seascape which we felt was very homely with a touch of class.

The facilities were excellent and we enjoyed the opportunity to have our coffee on the bedroom terrace whilst actually watching the dolphins. The local fish and chips and ice cream were very good and walking on the golden sands was a lovely experience. We would recommend this holiday gem without hesitation. Colin and Mandy

Probably the best views in Lossiemouth

The flat we rent was in one word perfect is was more than we had ever thought off it was amazing The balcony was the place to sit and chill have breakfast and watch the world go by Also very close to everything you need and a skip to the beach and what a beach its Plenty wildlife seals birds and if very lucky dolphins An amazing place owners very helpful

The cottage is always beautifully clean. Being able to see the sea and watch dolphins and seals from lots of the windows is a real bonus.

Fab home and excellent views

An excellent apartment overlooking East Beach in Lossiemouth.

It was everything as described online. Very comfortable and clean throughout an excellent welcome pack with lots of lovely treats in. Thank you. The apartment was well placed in Lossiemouth and on the Moray coast line for exploring. Would highly recommend and would certainly use again. We had a wonderful break.

Nice property on the sea front opposite the children’s playground.

Lounge a little dark but view from breakfast bar in the kitchen lovely and bedrooms comfortable and great views.

The accommodation offered all the comfort that we required, the owners thought of Everything that their guests would require for their stay. Great location and view.

Generally well equipped. Though would have liked an alternative to the heavy dull drinking mugs. Washing machine and tumble dryer a godsend. But confusing about washing line. Thought it was for our use but clearly it is shared. That area could have been explained better. Rear area a bit scruffy which we guess is a little out of owners control. Place spotless. Information in folder needs refreshing and expanding to the standard of other holiday let’s. But be clear we would book again. These comments are meant to be helpful not critical.

Seascape is ideally situated in Lossiemouth, very close to amenities and with a wonderful view of the East Beach.

The property was very comfortable and well equipped. It would benefit from blinds in the bedrooms as the get the morning sun. All in all a very comfortable stay.

Very clean and lovely welcome pack. Really comfortable beds, sofa and chair. Fantastic location. Locals friendly. Great local butchers. Eating out with plenty choices and good takeaways. Great walks along West beach. Would love to return do the walk along the East beach. Had a fabulous relaxing stay, thanks for letting your gorgeous property out to us.

We had a wonderful stay at Seascape.

The only drawback was that we were away on business! Absolutely loved the place. It was cozy, comfortable and clean, and had everything you would need in a home away from home. Denise (the cleaner) was lovely and the hosts (Sarah and David) very accommodating. A presonal e-mail from them just before we arrived was a lovely touch - as was the goodie box upon arrival. We would definitely visit again and would highly recommend this property.

3 steps down into the paved area then 16-18 steps to the entrance door were more challenging than expected.

Carrying luggage, food shopping and logs as it was self catering with a log burner. The decking area on the balcony needs maintenance and treatment. Inside The apartment, met all our expectations, Sea views ( we did see dolphins on 2 separate days when eating at our breakfasts ) The log burner was a treat on the dark evenings. Unrestricted views from the bedrooms. We would recommend to friends and use the apartment in the future again. Lossiemouth has great beaches. restaurants and areas of interest near for visiting. Walking on both East or West beach was therapeutic fir my wife and myself.

Fantastic few days away at Seascape.

Lovely, cosy holiday home with amazing views. Would love to return again and would highly recommended. Lots of places to visit, our highlight was Findhorn, gorgeous beach.

This was our third visit to Seascape.

The views from the windows and balcony are amazing and we saw the dolphins quite a few times. The cottage is always beautifully clean and it is very well equipped. We had a lovely relaxing week which was much needed.

Denise, the caretaker, and her husband went above and beyond, they were wonderful.

The flat is very comfortable and the views tremendous. My only disappointment was to find that the access to East Beach has been closed since last summer and won't be open for the foreseeable future. That said, there are some enjoyable alternate walks to be had.

Second stay at seascape and even better than the first one.

A very comfortable, cozy and clean property, just like home from home, with the added bonus of the wonderful sea views from every room.

We really loved our stay here and was very reluctant to leave .

We loved staying in this super home - and having breakfast on the balcony with such superb views will never be forgotten!

It's very well equipped, but would it not be a good idea to have some smaller glasses in the cupboard? - beer-size and wine are not always appropriate. Although the Instruction leaflet for the cooker was in the file, an "Idiot's Guide" to switching on the grill and oven would be helpful for guests (such as me) who are totally unfamiliar with this type of electric cooker. One other point: this property is not suitable for anyone with any mobility issues: both the external steps down from the street (particularly in a Lossie gale accompanied by heavy rain) and the attractive internal stairs present challenges.

The accommodation was clean and tidy, well appointed and well situated.

The only negative were the beds were quite small - king size would have been ideal. Overall we were very happy with the accommodation.

What an absolutely wonderful property in Lossie.

The place had everything you needed and was clean and tidy. The balcony offers stunning views out to the sea. The town itself is always a winner with plenty of places to eat, drink or explore.

Fabulous house.

Comfortable, amazing views over the beach and sea, lovely area with lots to do. Everything in the house was great quality - induction hob with nice sturdy pans, knives that work (!) comfortable and practical furniture, really comfortable beds and lovely bedding. Lossiemouth itself is a lovely traditional sea-side village with fabulous ice-cream shops, lots of restaurants & cafes ( and take-awaits) one of the most iconic beaches ( I still remember the wooden bridge from my own childhood) and lots to do close by. A perfect holiday base.

The views from balcony was amazing

Great spot!

Beautifully situated in Lossiemouth, providing us with sea views from our bed.

We were able to watch the dolphins and Ospreys fishing along the front by just standing on the balcony. Lovely sunrises and very relaxing overall. We didn't need to light the log-burner as the weather was warm, but we're sure that the room must get really snug when it is lit. Friendly and helpful neighbours as well. A spot that we will return to again.

It is rare to go to a holiday rental and find the kitchen almost as well appointed as your home.

Seascape met this description. Tea, coffee and sugar, salt pepper, cleaning materials, together with everything we needed to make our meals and plate out. Marvellous. There were even some part used single malt bottles. The views from all the windows at the front were of the beach, harbour and sea, perfect. The furnishings and bedding were first class. The location had a choice of 6 restaurants within a two minute walk, together with many take-aways. If you like long beach walks, you are in the right place. Also ideal for families for beachside holidays. Will recommend Seascape to our family and friends. We had a perfect holiday.

Seascape was exceptionally clean, tastefully presented and well equipped.

The little extras were a nice surprise, milk in the fridge, biscuits and even a bottle of wine. Although I had taken cleaning things like washing up liquid i needn't have worried as it was all there. Overall we were very impressed.

We loved this holiday as the apartment was so comfortable and well equipped.

The views are spectacular and we were lucky enough to have hot sunny weather. It was great we could park the car in the space provided and walk everywhere we wanted. The Chinese round the corner, The New Sunrise was very tasty. The Steamboat pub a few doors along a nice friendly pub. Delicious food served a short walk at The Salt Cellar. The deli just up the road sold great sandwiches and pies. Two well stocked Co-ops within walking distance. We had a great walk to the local lighthouse, several walks over the bridge to the East Beach, different every time depending where the tide was, or the options of walking through the dunes or over the other side along the estuary. Would recommend this place to anyone.

A very good stay however, lots stairs inside and outside for anyone how may be infirm.

Great view of the sea and convenient for the beach. We had not been to the area before and there was so much to see and do, but the dunes and beaches were a part of every day.

The location was brilliant with views of the harbour and the beach, there are several takeaways , restaurants , pubs and shops all in walking distance which I really loved as I don’t like cooking on holiday.
