Park in the free car park opposite, with space for three cars, and take in the property’s elevated position above the road before ascending the steps to the front patio, where seating offers a pleasant spot to pause before heading through the front door and porch area.

Step inside to discover the living/dining room, where wooden flooring, a statement animal-print rug and carefully considered furnishings give the space plenty of character.

Gather at the dining table beneath the impressive vaulted ceiling, with a combination of bench seating and dining chairs providing space for six to enjoy leisurely dinners together.

Afterwards, sink into the sofas, light the woodburning stove as evening draws in and settle down with a favourite film on the Smart TV.

Continue into the well-appointed kitchen, where marble worktops bring an elegant finish to the space and provide ample room for preparing everything from hearty breakfasts to evening feasts.

Put the oven and induction hob to use, reach for fresh ingredients from the fridge/freezer and let the dishwasher handle the clearing up afterwards, while a washing machine provides added convenience during longer stays.

From here, the patio door opens directly onto the rear garden.
