Ground Floor.
The front door leads into an open plan living area which accommodates seating, dining and kitchen facilities.
Living Area.
There's a Scandinavian style fabric sofa and two armchairs, a large feature mirror, flat-screen TV with Freeview and wireless broadband.
Kitchen/Dining Area.
There is a reclaimed painted dining table and four antique mid-century chairs.
The kitchen area is small but well-equipped, including a Corian work surface, electric Smeg hob and oven, a tall fridge-freezer hidden away behind wooden panelling, a built-in Microwave, bread-maker, a juicer, and lots of cookery books.
Outbuilding.
Just outside the back door is an outbuilding which houses a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
First Floor.
Stairs from the open plan area have hand-printed trompe d'oiel wallpaper by Deborah Bowness and lead up to a small first-floor landing with access to the bedrooms and bathroom.
Master Bedroom.
A king bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and floor to ceiling shelves.
There is a bookshelf with a good range of books for you to borrow during your stay.
Second Bedroom.
A small but beautiful room with a day bed that can be pulled out to a double bed, this will fill the room so there is no space either side of the bed.

This compact room has a small shower cubicle, w.c.
and small hand basin.
Outside.
Outside there is a patio courtyard to the rear of the house.
There is a right of access over the courtyard to the back entrances of the neighbouring cottages.
On-road parking is usually available in nearby side streets or in the church across the road for a contribution.
