From entering through the gate and exploring the beautifully well kept gardens and then into the bungalow, the thought and care that has gone into designing and furnishing it is amazing. We found this home to be immaculate, cozy and comfortable but with plenty of room for all of us ( two couples, a 10 year old child and a Dog) The outside bath was a big hit for us and it was such fun in the evening. We will return as soon as we can!

The level of thought that has been put into the property is first class. The property has been kitted out with far more than the basic, we really appreciated the welcome gifts and our only disappointment was that we didn't have enough time to enjoy sitting in the beautiful garden more. I would completely recommend the property.

As we had to come back early afternoon because of the heat and be in the shade the garden seats are not comfortable for long periods and the traffic noise from the A12 is a bit off putting

"This is a lovely house with a fantastic garden, which is split into different areas and so lets you sit in the sun all through the day (and sit in the summerhouses when it rains!"
) The only issue is road noise, since the house is very close to the A12, but it doesn't spoil things and you can't hear it inside the house. Inside was perfect for us, including my 91 year old dad, who found it very easy to get around.

"Had everything required + extras & ease of use (I didn't need to get instructions!"
). The gardens were beautiful, the plants so beneficial to pollinators (watching the bees with cup of coffee is a perfect start to a day). The 'shed' was perfect for the long hail storm with a dog frightened of thunder & lightening, the noise on roof covered it up. It was also a lovely place to sit with a beer,. Although no children, we thought the 'child bedroom' was lovely & the quiz looked fun (did contemplate doing it). Ideally situated to see Suffolk. Cannot fault.

"We enjoyed our stay at The Corner House."
Sadly we didn't get the chance to explore the area as much as we would have liked, as it was far too hot for Louie our dog. Thankfully we had fans provided by Alice which helped to keep us cool. We did manage to sit in the shaded areas of the lovely garden.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and beautifully maintained the bungalow was - everything felt fresh, comfortable, and incredibly welcoming. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, surrounded by a calm, forest-like setting that made it feel secluded and relaxing while still being convenient. Waking up to the quiet atmosphere and greenery each day was such a treat. One of the standout features was the garden, which was stunningly designed with three separate themed areas, each with its own unique charm and character. It felt like exploring different little sanctuaries all in one property. The bedroom was another highlight, especially the luxurious bath inside the room, which added such a cosy and indulgent touch to our stay. And the outdoor bath experience was simply unforgettable — relaxing outside in such tranquil surroundings made the whole trip feel extra special. This place is a true hidden gem, and we would happily return again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, unique, and beautifully cared-for escape.

It was decorated for Christmas too! The weather didn’t really allow us to appreciate the garden with all its various parts but in the summer it would be fabulous. The location is good for visiting the coast. We went to Aldeburgh and to Sutton Hoo. Recommended.

"This was positively the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed in."
It is beautifully furnished and decorated and the garden with it's different areas was an absolute joy - full marks to the owners who created it.
It was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed and the owners were next door if we needed to ask anything and they were so friendly and helpful.
The location is excellent with close connections to the A12 both north and south and to Woodbridge Orford and Snape for touring around (and boat trips), we were able to explore so much in our time there it's an ideal base for visiting east Suffolk.
We plan to go back to the area and this will be our first choice of accommodation when we do so.

A really lovely spot with everything we needed and we enjoyed all the different outdoor spots (as did Bailey, our dog!).
A great place to stay as we were attending a wedding at Butley Priory and then had a nice few days here after. Particularly enjoyed our walk in Rendlesham Forest and Sunday Lunch at the Ramsholt Arms + Evening Meal at The Wilford Bridge. Reubens Deli at Melton Station very handy for delicious treats + coffee!

"We had a wonderful week staying in The Corner House Ufford."
A beautiful holiday home in a very attractive large garden, beautifully planted with several arranged seating areas and summer houses. For us this bungalow was ideally situated and we found most places we wanted to visit, short journeys away.
This was one of the most comfortable and welcoming places we have stayed in and we would thoroughly recommend it.
There is a lovely footpath walk to local pub, which served good meals, which was a bonus.

"Just wow! The interior looks to have been decorated by a professional."
Everything is as it should be: kitchen well equipped, beds and sofa very comfortable, bath and shower efficient. The real star is the garden which is divided into a number of different private sections. There is a small summer house at the bottom of the garden (which the Mrs used for meditation) and then a larger brick built summer which served as a bar! There is a dog friendly pub serving great food at the end of the road - two minutes away. Would thoroughly recommend....the only fly in the ointment is that just beyond the cottage is a busy road and the noise from the traffic is pretty much constant. This did not spoil it for us.

The welcome treats were really appreciated - especially the Easter eggs for the children! The many different garden areas were so lovely and ideal for making the most of spring the sunshine. We had a really enjoyable holiday and would definitely highly recommend this cottage.

The house has been thoughtfully styled and decorated to a high standard, offering a luxurious & unique family stay. A particular highlight are the numerous outside spaces that wrap around the property beautifully. Allowing you to enjoy an early morning coffee on one of the many sunny patios and an evening G&T in the glow of the gorgeous festoon lights draped around the garden.

"When we walked into the beautiful garden we knew it was going to be somewhere special."
The bungalow has everything you need plus it has a little quirky little personality. The gardens are unique and perfectly set out added to the views it gives you the feeling of being hidden away in the woods yet you are a short drive away from Woodbridge, Saxmundham, Ipswich or the coast. We will definitely be back xx

"Arrived at dusk on Christmas Eve & the twinkling outside lights welcomed us in - inside was just as lovely, with welcome extras, including a tree all lit and bubbly in the fridge - a beautiful house to spend a family Christmas in."
The eye for detail is superb, everything we needed & more.
We loved the different garden areas, the little outhouses & the flow of the house.
The children enjoyed their "den" bedroom which had toys & games to play with and really enjoyed doing the quiz, taking in all the elements of the garden.
The adults enjoyed relaxing in the comfy chairs, with snuggly throws and cooking/ eating in the well equipped kitchen & dining room.
We've rented many holiday homes over the last 50 years or so, but this was our first Christmas away - we couldn't have chosen a better place to spend it in. So glad we found it - just perfect for all 3 generations!

"Fantastic holiday cottage."
The facilities are all in great condition, clean and cosy. So much attention to detail has gone into this and the hosts are thoughtful and very welcoming. As a family of five, this accommodation was ideal for us. The beautiful gardens with so many hidden nooks and kept the kids entertained. Thank you for such a lovely break away.
