"Lovely touches with tea coffee water condiments foil and clingfilm , plenty of tea towels and cleaning products."
larger towels in the bathroom would be nice as unless you are under a size 12 they don't cover you, and with 5 sharing a bathroom a quick turn around is sometimes required. sharper knives in the kitchen would also have been off benefit, in food prep as not great at cutting potatoes or pineapple,
other than that a wonderful stay, Thank you

"This place is lovely."
The owners have thought of everything and more. Lovely couple to communicate with and very quick at responding. I cannot say enough good stuff about the accommodation, it’s the best I’ve stayed in on the park, and I’ve stayed in a few. Dont look any further people, this is defo the right choice. Thanks Steve and Karma for making mine and Millie’s stay such a wonderful one. Be back in November xx

"Lovely clean accomadation."
Excellent kitchen facilities.comfy beds.very peacefull at night...being 80 years old would like upstairs bathroom,apart from that was perfect.pub opposite had terrible food which took ages to serve.once bitten.however the chinese next door served incredible food and
was very quick.
Thanks for taking the time for the review, really happy that you enjoyed your stay at our accommodation but it's a shame about your experience with the pub opposite but unfortunately that is out of our control, however,I will mention your comment to the pub people,(anonymously of course).

"A real home from home, excellent facilities, immaculately clean and comfortable a lot of thought from the owners(who are very easy to get hold of should you have any questions)even little things like USB chargers next to the bed, extra TV in bedroom, towels, bedding, cleaning products, iron, ironing board, tea, coffee and milk…all makes for an easy stay."
Easy parking, friendly community and peaceful. Great location for exploring up to Cromer and down to Southwold and the surroundings.

"A wonderful little haven for a long weekend of relaxation."
Cleanliness was perfect with lots of cleaning products! Warm & cosy when the evenings got chilly. Our only 1 slight moan could be that the vacumn cleaner wasn't powerful enough for a pet friendly accommodation but other than that would definitely stay again. Thankyou owners for allowing us to stay

"We had a lovely stay at the house."
I feel one point of the description of the house is completely misleading though - “freshen up in the sleek shower room before heading downstairs to the well equipped kitchen”. The shower room (which I would say is clean and functional but not exactly sleek) is downstairs, next to the kitchen. I feel this should be clear on the description, not implied that it is somewhere it clearly isn’t!! Not everyone would choose somewhere with the toilet on a different floor to the bedrooms, and maybe this is why the description has been done as it is. But it is wrong to do so.
We couldn’t find a tin opener but other than that it was great. Yes I would stay again. The bed was comfy, the view from the main bedroom afforded a pleasant sea view between other properties on the site. The balcony is small but just wide enough to sit out on for the morning sunshine.
Access to the “beach” is off the site, a five minute walk (once you have gained access to the code to the shortcut gate) , down a lot of steep steps. This leads to a path which goes in both directions. From there you have to walk a fair way before you can access the beach without climbing through the railings onto the rocks. We drove to Lowestoft for better beach access for my elderly dog.

We have found the discrepancies within the property description and have contacted the owners of the site (Sykes) who are now making the corrections.
The shower room and information for access to the beach will be amended.
I believe there is a tin opener at the property, but that can also be checked and replaced as necessary.

"Spotless, very comfortable and extremely well equipped."
Tea coffee and milk which were greatly appreciated. The kitchen had everything that one could need. Plenty of parking, and well placed for beaches and nearby resorts. Comfortable bed. Lots of hangers. It felt that everything had been considered . I would recommend

"Very clean property is a great location within Waterside Park."
The visitor information provided was excellent and the house was very well equipped. Good access to the site swimming pool. If I had to be really picky - the bath towels were quite small.

"This was the best stocked house we have rented in 25 years."
It had more cleaning products than Tesco. TV had the best reception and the shower easiest to use
The Pub was across the Road[but quiet]..had a quiz night and great food. the Hotel on site had various entertainment. and the pool eas a great bonus. It was a good base close to places to visit
The house itself was clean and well presented -we had all we needed.
The balcony allowed us great views of the sea
I would definatly stay here again-it was perfect.
It has everything you need -quiet site-and lots of Seaside within close range
Well done to the owners-you have done a great job on this property
