1 Kessingland Cottages

We had a really lovely week, the cottage was lovely & very well equipped & with nice comfy beds.

We will definitely return if coming back to the area. It was a good base for exploring the area & surrounding towns & villages. 5 minutes walk to the beach, for a lovely walk along to the Sailors Home pub for a few drinks!

Just to put an handle near the toilet , and one in the shower please.

lovely quiet position, within walking distance of beach.

Very shady area and an excellent, safe area for dog walking. Well equipped, clean cottage.

I reported that insects were present on the bed in one bedroom, and that the batteries in the TV remote control were stuck.

Therefore we could only watch 1 channel all week. This was repoeted on Tuesday, and we were told that the owner would come round. They didn't come while we were there. We are still waiting for a response as to what has happened with these complaints. The insects would not have been very good for future holidaymakers.

Very comfortable and well equipped property.

Location was very good for dog walkers. Would highly recommend.

Really good stay, had everything that was needed.

Only thing I would say is a blind could be used for the inner door before you go out as it was a little creepy when on your own when it was dark and if anyone walked past they could look in.

Very nice cottage, modern furnishings and all amenities like new.

A lovely bungalow.

Beautifully decorated with plenty of kitchen items to make the cooking easy. Comfy bed. Everything was clean and welcoming. I would say the only thing we noticed was the start of mould in the shower tray.(Not a problem for us-but might be for others!) The steps to the beach were steep, but there was an alternative route. Good local choices for eating out or takeaway.

Nice little extras with tea and biscuits on arrival. Kitchen well equipped. Nice location to have as a base for exploring the east coast. Close to beach, pub and Co-op which was nice. Good holiday thank you x

Lovely little cottage in a good location.

A perfect little house, equipped with everything you need for a home from home.

It's ideally located for access to the beach which is only a few minutes stroll away. There is a good bus service too which takes you to nearby seaside towns of Lowestoft and Southwold and further afield.

We were very happy with our stay.

The property was a home from home and great detail had gone into every aspect of what we may need or want. It was beautifully presented and cleaned to a very high standard as well as being in a fabulous location so close to the beach. We would love to return soon.

Nice decor and very comfortable.We had a great time staying with our 2 cocker spaniels ,so close to the beach and great for days out.would highly recommend

It's a well-kept, comfortable bungalow and we had a lovely stay.

Beds were comfy (not squishy!) and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is quiet and so close to the beach, just walk down the steps. Would definitely recommend.
