Beautiful and clean !
Lovely hosts who attended for an issue which was resolved promptly. There was no wifi though we understand that this is an issue with the area . Other than that we loved our stay .
Our decond visit to this cottage (the new owners).
A lovely and comfotable cottage. There were only threeof us this time and we didn't use the top floor. We love the location of the cottage and we also love Woodbridge. We will definitely be back. Yours sincerly. fam.Beata Krysik from The Netherlands
On arrival the excitement of the Beresford House wore off when we started to try to make use of it.
It’s bright, spacious and light, but felt a little tired and unloved. The main bedroom had a great bed, and lots of space but sadly no wardrobe or hanging space. Even a hat stand would have been useful. The headboard had a generous layer of dust and the PAT testing on lamps is out of date, these are things that showed themselves to me. I wasn’t looking for them. The attic bedroom was comfy, sadly the en-suite had you hitting your head on the bathroom cabinet when trying to use the sink and the I’m not sure if you know but the shower doesn’t drain well at all. This defo needs looking at or you’ll be having a problem. Kitchen is well very equipped, sadly the plates we got out to use for dinner had to be washed up before use. The conservatory is a great space which would benefit from some user friendly furniture. The table is impractical, the chairs are heavy and not at all user friendly. How about a bistro table and less chairs and/or a sofa for relaxing away from those watching tv? All in all we had a nice time together in Beresford House, we are used to better on our stays, and walking in with fresh eyes might help you see the little things that matter.
