I liked the furnishings, the beds were so comfortable, we slept really well. The cottage was fitted out to a very high standard. It has given me some ideas for my own house. I loved all the pictures and books and ornaments. The location was perfect we visited Minsmere, The East Anglia Transport museum and we had a river cruise where we saw seals. southwold is just a short drive away and a lovely place. I would like to visit again when it's warmer as it wasn't warm enough to use the garden, which has a peaceful summer house at the end. I intend to revisit.

Thank you for your wonderful review and glad that you enjoyed your stay at Peggotty’s. It was good to know that you visited many of our favourite locations. We shall be very pleased to welcome you in the future, should you wish to return. Lyn & Peter Property Owner

I had everything I could wish for. The positive energy in the village and cottage was all I needed. I joint the yoga classes with Norie in the social club and met some lovely people over there. The birds in the garden while I spend time in the garden house were amazing. I would recommend shopping at Maple Farm in Kelsale. Thanks to the person who left the tastefull cucumbers in the church

Only criticism is that there is no storage for food so this had to be left out. Stairs were steeper than expected but we had already been warned. As we are now older and not as mobile and found the stairs difficult we probably wouldn't be able to stay at Peggottys again.

Thank you for your comments and pleased that you had an enjoyable stay. We had a complete kitchen refurbishment recently ensuring that there were two deep drawers available for food storage. Property Owner
