A particular feature of the property is its stunning roof terrace, which enables holiday makers to enjoy plenty of time alfresco whilst still being within walking distance of the bustling seaside town of Southwold.

Stepping inside from the roof terrace on the second-floor, you find yourself in a fabulous open-plan living space where there is a superb fully fitted kitchen, which houses everything you could possibly need to rustle up fantastic food for the rest of the party.

The elegantly presented dining table is the perfect place to pull up a chair and sit down to eat together and really get into the holiday spirit.

To relax and chill out, there is a generous seating area complete with a comfy sofa, TV for entertainment and views out onto the roof terrace and beyond.

When it’s time for bed, it’s not far to go to find either a sumptuous king-size or the stylish twin; both are equally well presented and offer a relaxing sanctuary of calm after a tiring day.

In the morning, grab a quick bath or shower and enjoy a coffee on the terrace before heading out for the day.

Stroll into Southwold and discover its magnificent beach and pier plus it has some great shops and eateries to explore and is home to the famous Adnams Brewery.

Within walking distance is the picture-postcard village of Walberswick which has a couple of popular traditional pubs and great crabbing opportunities along its sandy beach.

You can even buy fresh fish from any of the fish huts along the harbour.

For a scenic drive to some nearby attractions, check out Framlingham Castle, Halesworth Museum, Adventure Island Play Park, Easton Farm Park, Africa Alive and Oasis Camel Park.

The whole area is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, so there are loads of great walks, hikes and cycle rides to undertake as well as golfing and sailing opportunities too.

Great apartment in central Southwold.

Ideal location for the shops, beach and pier. Quiet even though it’s located next to the park. Lovely to have an outdoor space too. Clean and well looked after. We can’t wait to stay again!

Lovely apartment central to everything.

We arrived and then didn’t touch our car for the duration of our stay. Well appointed, we loved the full size fridge and freezer, WiFi and balcony which became our stargazing deck watching for meteors. We loved the way we could potter to the beach knowing full well we could return for lunch (enjoying sand free sandwiches is just the best!).

It was all super, except sorting your recycling was encouraged by the double bin inside, but we didn't have access to the recycling bin cupboard outside.

Maybe because other guests messaged it up? Should I have left it for the cleaner?
