  • "We really loved staying at St."

Mary’s View, what a fabulous house and amazing location. If we were being picky, the two showers were both a little underwhelming and controlling the temperature was challenging and with one actually being broken so the water flow could not be controlled. That aside, we had a really lovely week and notwithstanding the above issues, would definitely recommend to friends and return ourselves.

  • "Water pressure is quite low for the shower, but unsure if this is the area generally or the property itself."

Only downside was no bathroom facilities on floor with main living area. Fab location close to town and the beach and the apartment was very spacious. Was exactly what we needed for a few days away as a family of 4 (4 adults and 1 child). Would stay again.

  • "The visit is our second consecutive year to this property as a family."

Although the weather was again not too good this year, the location of the property, the views from the windows, it's facilities and family accommodation was again brilliant and made up for any negatives. We look forward to our stay next year.

  • "This was the first time staying in Southwold as we normally stay in Aldeburgh but this was a family holiday and the property and facilities were perfect for us and only a few minutes walk from everything."

We were concerned about the parking but it was fine. The only comment is that the fridge is rather small to cater for a family of 8. But a minor issue. We will likely be back next year !

  • "A really lovely apartment this our 2nd stay in this property and still just as pleased as before."

The only negative I would say is that I could have done with a toilet on the first floor as it’s a lot of steep stairs if you are entering the building from the outside. But that’s just me I am just getting old.
