Town Farm is a remarkable 450-year-old, Grade II listed farmhouse set within the peaceful Suffolk village of Thorndon, offering a richly characterful retreat for families and friends who appreciate history, space and atmosphere.

Enter and you are greeted by a farmhouse-style kitchen/diner that feels like the heart of the home, complete with a woodburning stove and plenty of room for cooking, chatting and lingering over meals.

A light-filled sunroom lounge provides a more laid-back space for summer evenings, while elsewhere on the ground floor you will find a utility room with WC, a formal dining room with an impressive inglenook fireplace and woodburner, and a second lounge with its own inglenook, perfect for curling up with a book or a favourite film.

For a little friendly competition, the games room offers table football and ping pong, ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Upstairs, the character continues with gently sloping floors, exposed beams and a wonderfully timeless feel.
