Located on the Suffolk/Norfolk border, these properties have been carefully renovated to retain many of their original features including fine beams, whilst adding many modern touches.
Pheasant is one of two sleep two's on site, offering a space that is perfect for a couple or two friends to enjoy.

The perfect place to retreat to after a busy day exploring the local area, enjoy the comfortable sofa and chair with TV.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, including an oven with four ring gas hob with extractor fan above, washing machine (with line drying facilities), slim dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Meals can be enjoyed at the wooden dining table seating four.
Bedroom 1
A fantastic size bedroom to relax in, with super-king bed bed (which can be split into two singles upon request), with bedside tables and lamps.
There wardrobe for your belongings, and a dressing table with mirror and stool.
En-suite
The bathroom offers a spa feel with it's luxury spa bath with built in TV, a perfect spot to soak away the hours.
In addition there is a shower, wash basin and WC.
Garden
Pheasant offers a wonderful outdoor space, mainly laid to lawn with patio area overlooking the farmland.
Enjoy cooking and dining alfresco with the a charcoal BBQ and outdoor table and chairs.
