"Top class from accommodation to my hosts!"
Very comfortable, everything I needed as a solo traveller was provided in the Annex as well as spacious parking for my SUV. The patio is a delightful bonus. Travelling into London by train for evening shows was easy, less that ten minutes walk, partly uphill, to Chipstead Station. London Bridge does late direct trains back to Chipstead. Do bring your food requirements with you otherwise it’s an expedition to a supermarket. The local shops are mainly cafes, solicitor, manicurist, hairdresser, architect, with the ‘corner shop’ being very limited other than for milk. The Annex was the perfect base for my needs, visiting friends, events, and enjoying quiet days. Of course I could have taken advantage of my host being a London Tour Guide and been driven in style in his wonderful Black Cab/London Taxi! Next time for definite, he’s a wonderful raconteur, kind, friendly and helpful. Thank you both, I enjoyed my stay.

"Excellent self contained annex, modern, clean and excellent condition."
For a one bedroom property, bedroom, lounge and bathroom all good sizes and kitchen is well equipped. Large driveway and plenty of parking space. We used the property as a base for going into London, Chipstead station is only 5 minutes walk and within zone 6 which worked well. The hosts are very pleasant and will book again.
Thank you so much for the review that was really lovely, we hope to see you again, all the best Larraine and Doug

"A great location for exploring London and the SE area."
The cottage was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Great to have the patio to sit out on in the evenings. Very quiet as well.
Hosts very welcoming. Would recommend.

"We arrived and were given a warm welcome by Doug and Larraine who live next door."
We found the cottage delightful, comfortable and well appointed with a lovely sunny courtyard. Nothing was too much trouble and they stressed if we needed anything we had only to ask. We chose this location as we felt it was centrally located for our planned visits, including several nation trust properties, RHS Wisley, Hampton Court and Windsor castle. The station is just a 5 minute walk from which we took the train into London Victoria. Would we stay again? Yes indeed we would so why not give it a try.
Hi Steve and Laura thank you so much for that review we are so pleased you enjoyed it here and hope to see you again soon, all the best Doug and Larraine

"At first approach the accommodation looks quite small."
Once you enter the rooms open up into a very comfortable and spacious area. The outdoor patio is a welcome touch when the weather permits. One test we like to do is can the kitchen cook a Sunday dinner. It can. The only thing missing was a teapot but within a few minutes of mentioning this to the owner a teapot was delivered.
As for location if you want to head into London a short walk to the railway station will get you there in no time. The Surrey hills are a short drive away and you must visit Reigate Hill, there is a free car park but get there early. It is a bit further to travel but the South Downs Way is also worth a visit if that is your thing.
That was a lovely review from you both, we are so pleased you enjoyed yourselves hopefully we will see you again soon. All the best Doug and Larraine

"This is a great property."
It is not only well presented but is also very comfortable and well equipped with comfortable furnishings, bed and bedding, good hot water and towels. The kitchen has enough equipment for cooking without having so much that there’s no room for your own food. The sofa is comfortable and the rear courtyard very private but be aware that there is a connecting door from your living room to the main house where the owners live so there is low level noise transfer between the two properties. The property is close to shops, pubs, restaurants and the station with direct links into London.
The only negative was that we initially arrived at the wrong property as we saw Outwood Grange on a driveway gate and thought Sunnyfield was at that location. It wasn’t. This property was two doors down from Sunnyfield. Sunnyfield has the house name on a garden spike in the nature strip outside the house. I think we missed it as we were driving into the sun and couldn’t read it, so be on alert! We enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again. Highly Recommended.
Thank you for the review that was well put together we are really pleased you enjoyed your visit. All the best Larraine & Doug

"We booked this property as it enabled to spend time with family close by but also have time for ourselves."
The property suited our needs perfectly and the hosts could not have been more accommodating (we were missing a couple of small glasses and they gave us some straight away). A few essentials were provided, such as a pint of milk and packet of biscuits, which was very welcome and much appreciated.
The location is ideal with a couple of pub/restaurants within walking distance and the railway station is also within walking distance.
We certainly hope to return in the future.

"Fantastic accommodation."
Very handy for going up to London but also good area for walking etc. Small, comfortable property. Lots of cupboard and wardrobe space which is what we like.
Only problem we had was actually finding the property. Google maps showed another property and we had difficulty actually finding it because there were no house numbers on one side of the road. The directions could have been a bit clearer, for example opposite number 42.
Thank you for that review your very welcome again
