Lovely apartment, very clean, comfortable, with plenty of towels.
Nice to have a robe. A tea cloth would have been helpful, but maybe the assumption is that most people use the dishwasher. The WiFi was a bit hit and miss. For us it was a bit frustrating as we travel by public transport and researching buses and weather was a challenge. We could only watch live TV, with no BBC iPlayer, ITVX or Netflix due to the signal. The listing also suggested there was a bath (including a picture), but there was not. If we came again, we would probably make sure we weren't placed quite so close to the bin area, as most mornings some of the contents had been pulled out by foxes, seagulls or whatever, and by the evening bits had generally blown onto our garden area. However, it was perfectly located for getting around, as bus stops practically on the doorstep meant we were able to easily get to Eastbourne, Hastings, Brighton, Beachy Head, Bexhill and Battle. The swimming pool was lovely, and the bar and pool table looked inviting, although we ran out of time and didn't get round to using them. All in all, we left happy and would definitely book again, but maybe not that particular lodge.
