Absolutely perfect so peaceful,well maintained and everything you needed was catered for.

highly recommend.

Location was good but the property needs updating i spent a lot of money to feel like i lived a week back in the 70s.

Very comfortable accommodation, kitchen well equipped (microwave needs replacing) beds comfortable, back garden secure for dogs.

Plenty of parking space. Area is very quiet.

I would prefer newer cutlery and crockery.

Very at home in house and the garden was in full flower. Had a lovely week.

Coastal Haven is a great little bungalow situated on a quiet estate in Felpham village 5 minutes drive from Bognor.

It's very comfortable with everything you would need being provided. The tvs in the lounge and both bedrooms are a bonus. The garden is a great suntrap and the weather for our stay was glorious. This is somewhere we would have no hesitation in booking again should we return to this area.

We had a very comfortable stay in Coastal Haven.

The double bedroom was very comfortable - we did notuse the twin room- and the kitchen had sufficient for our needs. It made an ideal base for visiting around the area

Really enjoyed our 2weeks here, kitchen is well equipped, lounge is comfortable, the conservatory was lovely to sit in on a sunny day (in February).

The garden was very secure as described our dogs had a great time. Plenty of parking.

A nice bungalow cottage not too far from the sea.

Spacious lounge, small kitchen with limited counter tops to be able to prepare food but we managed. Double bedroom is very comfy, the twin beds are awful and really need replacing.

Lovely cottage set in a nice area close to the local shops and sea.

The cottage had a lovely garden to relax in very quiet and peaceful.The facilities were adeqate for our needs the only downside was the beds in the twin room were uncomfortable and also the settee but otherwise no complaints. Some nice walks for the dog in the close locality and plenty of places to visit in the wider area.

We had a very enjoyable week in Coastal Haven.

Felt at home as soon as we walked in, everything you could possibly need was there. Rob,the owner,was friendly and extremely helpful. The enclosed garden was perfect for our two cockapoos.The large parking area was a welcome bonus,and the location was perfect. Would thoroughly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay but there were some issues Plus points , location, very quiet area, well equipped Bad points We were at the property for 2 weeks I asked for clean bedding for our second week but I was told I would have to wash my own bedding that is why there was a washing machine supplied or i would have to pay £60 for clean bedding.

I have never stayed anywhere that clean bedding was not supplied for the second week. The kettle was unusable due to limescale I understand there is a problem with limescale in the area but the kettle should be checked and cleaned we bought our own to use and used bottled water, I feel it should be stated that bottled or filtered water should be used in the kettle. The flooring in the lounge needs looking at as it is lifting and I nearly tripped over it.

We found Coastal Haven in the condition that was described on Sykes' website.

Felpham is a good location from which it is easy to explore a lot of Sussex highlights. Everything we needed was there and in good working order. Our host Rob was kind and very helpful. Hans

Coastal Haven is a comfortable, spacious property.

The neighbourhood is very pleasant and quiet. It is in an ideal location for travel by bus or by train from nearby Barnham Station. It is not far from the beach and there are pubs and Bognor Regis Golf Club within walking distance.

Not just dog friendly- dog practical too!

Very clean enjoyable stay .

One small thing , my partner has walking issues and a bath slip mat would have made her feel safer getting in bath .

We had a lovely holiday Rob the owner was a very nice friendly chap the bungalow is very big and roomy and it has everything you need to enjoy your stay, we will more than likely stay there again we like the location and we love Sussex.

As a basic base to travel around one of the most beautiful parts of the country this was ideal.

It's within easy walking distance of Felpham, which is a beautiful village with all the facilities you'll need including The Fox and The George . Fino's Italian restaurant is within a mile or so and is a top quality place. Whatever you do, if you stay here, you must visit Arundel. It's a magical place with a castle and a cathedral, lots of interesting shops and cafes.

The bungalow was very airy and comfortable together with being well equipped.

The delightful garden was ideal for our dog and just needed a good pruning. It was in a good position for dog walking on a heath near the golf course and for hopping into Felpham. Can recommend the Felpham Chippy!
