  • "Excellent accommodation and hosts."

Wanted for nothing in terms of facilities. Out of town if you are looking for seafront activity but in terms of value for money, even with a couple of taxi fares, it was well worth it.

  • "Ian and Sue were excellent hosts; welcoming, engaging, friendly and knowledgeable on the surrounding area."

The accommodation afforded everything you would need for an excellent stay. The room was snug and very well presented with comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and compact but very functional & usable kitchen area equipped with all utensils you would require. Quiet location with attractions within easy reach. Will recommend to family and friends.

  • "Karibu was warm, cosy and comfortable."

There was everything we needed for our stay, and had the weather been warmer, a very pleasant courtyard with table and chairs. Sue and Ian were very welcoming hosts and attentive to our every need. The arrival gifts of Prosecco and goodies to eat were very welcome. Karibu is found down a quiet close, with easy parking nearby and close to walks on the downs and lots of places to visit nearby along the south coast.

  • "The property was ideally situated to meet our needs and was well appointed."

The rooms were very clean and tidy and the owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome and we were delighted with the arrival pack - especially the cake and prosecco. The property is well located to visit local sites and the route in and out is easy to navigate with plenty of parking. The outside facilities would be excellent in summer. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the area.

  • "Sue & Ian were welcoming."

Could not ask for better hosts. The little gifts they left in the room were much appreciated. Nothing was too much bother, everything you ever needed was provided in the room. We had a brilliant nights sleep, the bed was very comfortable. It was lovely having a full size fridge, & real milk provided for us, not the small individual UHT milk you get in the large hotel chains. Would certainly go back.

Our only complaint is the mattress springs digging into us, everything else is excellent.
