  • "We had a good stay at the beach retreat."

Would be helpful to have instructions on how to use TV, we didn't use the TV in the bedroom as it had no signal, that wasn't a problem for us though ,and dishwasher. Could do with a small saucepan and frying pan. We will definitely be back.

Thank you for your stay in beach retreat and we appreciate your feedback on the beach retreat which will help us to improve the service we are providing for our guests. We will ensure that the guests have the facilities that they would need in the kitchen. Also,Our apologise, we should have left an instruction on how to use all facilities manually in the beach retreat so you would have no issues in using them. you both were a lovely guests and it was pleasure having you in the beach retreat And you are very welcome to come back here again and again please.note: bedroom tv has Netflix and YouTube available to watch. And Living room tv has satellite channels e.g YouTube, Netflix and all other apps available. Kind regards, Yasin Property Owner

  • "We very much liked were the holiday home was so near the beach it was very nice property, but the noise coming from the family that was letting it was quite loud."

It sounded like they was moving furniture around a lot of the time.and talking well into the night. Perhaps the walls are very thin. But it was like they were in the place with us sometimes lol

'Thank you for your kind words! We are delighted to hear that you found our property lovely and enjoyed its close proximity to the beach. We apologize for the external noise you experienced and assure you that we were not aware of this issue previously. We will investigate this matter to ensure that all our future guests can have the best experience possible during their stay. We genuinely care about all our guests and strive to provide them with a wonderful experience. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again in the future.' Property Owner

  • "We found our stay at the beach retreat to be exactly what we wanted out of our holiday."

Whilst Seaford is a very quiet town, we felt that we got exactly what we needed. The location is amazing, a 30 second walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the nearest pub (what more could you want) and a stones throw from the shops and restaurants. The property owner was very easily contactable and was ready to attend to any inconvenience there was. (Not that there was any :) ) We would definitely choose to stay here again should we revisit Seaford and would recommend to anyone that is looking to visit. My only note would be that our car fit perfectly on the drive (Ford Fiesta Zetec) and may not fit large vehicles, but there is plenty of parking in the surrounding areas.

Thank you for your review for the beach retreat. You have been a wonderful guest and you have kept the beach retreat nice and clean. We appreciate you for giving us the best review and you are very welcome to come back again. Property Owner
