This is the 4th time we have stayed and it's perfect.

Fantastic location and a home from home

A real conundrum of a property when giving a review.

There is no doubt the location is first class, easy to walk along the river and a leisurely 10 minute stroll into town. So many good details in the property. The bedrooms are well equipped with bedside cabinets, dressing table and great wardrobe space. The living room is very comfortable. The flat is warm and cosy and spotlessly clean. However, where it falls down is the en-suite. I booked because the description said there was a walk in shower. There is but for anyone with mobility issues the shower could be problematic. The shower itself is absolutely fine but stepping in and out means stepping up a small step and negotiating a way round the toilet. The basin is too small and the positioning of the mirror not good although I appreciate it would be hard to change. We managed to use the shower then used everything else in the bathroom. I feel there should have been an advisory note about this in the property description for those with mobility issues. All said, and this is the conundrum, would we return? Probably. Location wins but at least next time we’d know what to expect with the en-suite.

Fantastic location, very short walk to the town centre. Allocated parking space at the door. The flat is very spacious. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend booking.

The apartment was very well maintained and clean, great location.

We had a minor problem with lack of linens, but after a quick phone call, the problem was sorted within a half hour of arrival. Great property and fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend.

Great flat in a brilliant location.

So close to the city centre, supermarkets, Eden Court theatre. The flat is nice and spacious for 3 people, well laid out and has everything you need, apart from a dishwasher! Great having Netflix

The wifi was not strong enough I could only get my emails I could not access social media of any kind.

The apartment needs a full length mirror women like to see what they look like before going out in public. The apt only had a coffee press for 1 person it needs a coffee maker or a bigger press I had to buy a bigger coffee press to use. Otherwise all was good.

The accommodation was excellent with a couple of comments The floors had excessive creaking when walking over the floor There was no information regarding waste disposal

This was an excellent place to stay.

10-15 walk to the city centre and a five minute walk to the river. The property was lovely! We really enjoyed it and Tesco(a grocery store) only 5-10 minute walk. I definitely recommend.

There could be more amenities.

Example supply a tea pot.

On arrival at the accommodation we that there was a lack of care taken in the provision of crockery and cutlery we had to buy dessert spoons as only 2, chipped bowl and only 3 tea plates .

The an suite shower over flowed when used and not best designed for using the hand basin.

Excellent place to stay.

Apartment is in a great location. Inverness is a beautiful city and the scenery in the Scottish highlands is just breathtaking. A visit to this area should be on everyone’s bucket list.

The apartment was well described, easy to find & well appointed.

Good location for all the sites & town centre. Bedrooms were decent size with comfy beds & good storage. The kitchen was nice & bright but the layout and lack of worktop space was a little issue, but wouldn't put me off returning. Better instruction to find the communal bins would have saved 15 mins on departure. Also, when eventually found, there was no clear instructions as to which bins were glass/cardboard recycling and all bins were empty. (More a council issue I suppose) but maybe a little more instruction would help. Overall, very happy.

A well appointed, spacious two bed flat, very comfortable.

Location ideal near River Ness. The town centre is a pleasant 10 minute walk away alongside the river. Always good to have your own parking space as here.

The accommodation was perfect - so well presented with everything you could need for an enjoyable stay.

The situation next to the river was great, with lovely walks nearby and a short walk into Inverness centre.

Booked this apartment for the Loch Ness Marathon weekend.
