Really lovely, cosy cottage.

Lots of space. It was very clean and smelled lovely. Lots of lovely smelling towels too. Beds were comfy. Warm. Lovely location and nice garden with seating area. Good kitchen with everything you will need. Next door there is a campsite which is closed for winter but we met the people who run it and they were very welcoming, kind people. Staffin has a well stocked shop and 2 cafes, 1 does takeaways some evenings (you book the time slot in the day by messaging/ phoning). Not far from Staffin beach which is a lovely sandy beach and has dinosaur footprints in the rock. Nice little crepe hut at the top of the road that leads to the beach. Only 30 mins from Portree. Not far from the Quaraing, Kilt Rock, Old Man of Storr. There is a Bus stop in Staffin (10-15min walk). Lovely owner who was very approachable, helpful and accommodating. We didn't want to leave and we can't wait to return. Thanks for having us.

Lag-Uaine is situated in an ideal place for sightseeing, and there are a couple of small grocery shops and delightful restaurants nearby.

The house itself is cosy and very comfortable. The porch at the front is ideal for storing walking boots and wet-weather gear. The owners live very close by, and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. There is a takeaway service provided on the campsite, run by a delightful couple. The wifi is excellent in most of the house, and our dog loved the large enclosed garden to roam about in. If you bring your "Smidge" spray to deter the midges, you'll love sitting out in the garden on a warm day. We had some very wild and woolly weather for a couple of days, but when it had calmed down, we had a delightful time exploring the area. Highly recommend.

This property is in a lovely location The facilities in the area.

Are perfect, not what you get in a city centre, but ideal. For the location of where it is Lovely little cafe shops and restaurants. The area and views are spectacular. when we spoke to the owners they are willing to help in anyway, and very polite, the facilities in the cottage are ideal. Wash a dryer dishwasher oven microwave. Heating, TV all the stuff that you need , my wife and I love the complete experience of this holiday. I would recommend anybody to go here.
