Nice property, had everything we needed.

Small outside space to rear, lovely to sit and have a coffee and enjoy the sunshine. Ideal location for exploring area. Great beach for our dog to run on. The only issue is it's situated on a busy main road so found it difficult to sleep in front bedroom, luckily only two of us so moved to back bedroom which was much quieter.

This really was home from home for us and we appreciated the welcome pack items after our journey, meaning that we could just settle down on our first night without having to dash out and shop!

I’m pleased we discovered this area too, it’s relaxing and has everything within walking distance plus plenty to do and see locally and even more if you want it, just a short drive away.

Great location, everything on your doorstep without the need for the car.

A ‘ Tardis’ property with period features and a large modern kitchen. With pubs, restaurants, shops and costal walks within 10 minutes walk, we’ll be back!

We had a lovely short stay with our dog.

The house has large comfortable rooms on the ground floor plus a downstairs toilet. Bedrooms are comfortable too with plenty of storage and a great bathroom. Lovely little outside area to sit in the sun. We easily found parking on the road outside. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated and owners responded to our enquiry quickly. Great for a walk on Seaburn beach (which has a large dog friendly section) and in the evening we ate at The Seaburn Inn (dog friendly). Would highly recommend and will hopefully be booking again when visiting my North East family. One suggestion would be a hairdryer in a bedroom.

The property is a delight.

It was so very comfortable and lovely to spend 3 nights with our little dog in the cosy home that it was. Everything was easy to use and there was nothing that we could have wanted more. Thank you

Everything was there that we needed. Perfect for lovely coffee by the beach and coastal walks. Lovely park across the road and a lovely craft beer shop and butchers for one of the best family steak pies. Definitely recommend.

The house was great- comfortable beds, plenty of space to sit in the living room or dining room, felt like a home from home.

Beautifully decorated, kitchen was well stocked. Nicely located- 6 minute walk to the clifftop coastal walk. Straightforward to get in using the code & keypad. Parking is on-road but we were able to get a space at different times of day. Only one bathroom plus downstairs toilet- fine for us as we were on holiday so not in a hurry to get everyone out of the house. We would definitely stay here again if it's available next time we're visiting the area.
