The accomodation is tiny, but very nice!

There is no microwave, the fridge is roomy, but with no ice box/ freezer compartment. The room for manoeuvre around the bed space is tight and there is one step down into the shower room, so not great if you have mobility issues. What we didn't realise, was that the property is located on the Riverside Caravan Park. It is well away from the music/ eating venue, so not a problem, and the upside is you can use the facilities and the river taxi into Stratford (£3.0 pp each way).

Lovely place clean to a point.

Had a problem with drain backing up so we’re moved to a lodge without exception. Overall had a wonderful stay and would return.

Disappointed with this property, no chairs for sitting in the garden as advertised on arrival (eventally supplied), no storage for any clothing other than a cast iron pipe above the bed with no coat hangers available (eventually supplied).

Had to keep clothing that could not be hung in the suitcase on the floor. There are no bedside cabinets or tables to use at night for storage. The bed is not as shown in the listing, it appears a new bed has been installed but is too high to go under the bedside lights, therefore it is now the opposite way around meaning the bedside lights are at the foot of the bed! Not at all handy for reading in bed! The property was full of what I know as harvest spiders, in all areas, I hoovered a couple of times to remove them but behold they were back, every nook and cranny was full of them. Food preparation was difficult as no food preparation knives were in the property, using a basic table knife to prepare food is hard. Ventilation was an issue as there in only the main door and a small velux window in the bedroom for ventilation, no windows, other then the main door for outside viewing. Unfortunately we left after two days due to the extreme heat and lack of ventilation. On a positive the TV is excellent, bed was comfy and parking available outside the property. The site is clean and tidy but facilities in the week seem to open at 4.00pm with no other refreshment areas available. We will not be using this property again.
