Great stay and accommodation in the heart of Salisbury !

We loved being so close to the centre of Salisbury.

Having guaranteed parking was a great benefit . The whole thing was utterly no hassle in a quirky property in an exciting setting. We are only sorry its not available in a fornight when we are back in Salisbury

Location, cleanliness, size, beds, decor, equipment, etc. We used everything pretty much - oven, hob, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, iron, vacuum, coffee percolator, TVs, wine cooler

4-Holt Court was brilliant, excellent accommodation very central to Sailsbury with secure parking.

The accommodation was immaculately clean when we arrived. The property was a lot larger than appeared in the photos with a lovely balcony to sit out on. We were very pleased with the property and our stay. Salisbury offered some lovely independent eateries and gorgeous areas of natural beauty close by for walks. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Sailsbury to stay here, large spacious rooms that easily slept 6.

Considering properties should be covid clean cleanliness was below standard.

Much refurbishment was required which was acknowledged by the owner. Location of property good and many high quality eating venues in walking distance

The apartment overall is beautiful, very comfortable and we'll appointed, perfect for a stay in Salisbury, and the location is ideal.

Even the mezzanine bedroom over the open plan living area was OK for the kids. Unfortunately, the holiday was ruined by the state of the ensuite bathroom, black mould, silicone coming away, years of dust and grime built up on the door, limescale encrusted shower head and hose. A broken sliding door difficult for children to close. The apartment had a funny smell when we arrived, which we quickly tracked to the ensuite. It only got worse as the week progressed, despite airing the apartment continuously. Myself and one daughter suffer from asthma, and at times the smell caught in the back of the throat and set off the asthma. It's clearly a health hazard. My other teenage daughter refused to use the shower she was so disgusted by the grime. The other bathroom also has broken tiles with a note apologising, so they are clearly having plumbing issues which they need to sort out urgently. The second issue was the roof windows and blinds, again with notes stuck to the side advising in use. The instructions did not work, the blinds are fitted too close to the window stays and foul, so are unopenable, so the mezzanine area was permanently dark. The wooden block the opening stay is affixed to was broken, so it was not possible to open the window itself. With heat build up in a hot loft apartment, being able to easily open the skylights would have been a godsend, but it was not possible. A potentially perfect holiday was ruined by problems which should be easy to fix, and for £1100 for the week I think these problems are unacceptable.

The apartment is in an excellent position, right in the centre of town.

I have two complaints - firstly light bulbs, or rather the lack of functioning ones. There are at least 9 lights that don't work - we bought two bulbs for lights in the main room, to making reading in the evening easier. Secondly duvets and pillows - they are flat, duvets not warm enough - as there were only 3 of us in the flat we doubled up the duvets. Definitely need replacing.

A superb apartment in the perfect location.

Unbelievably peaceful for a city centre. An ideal base for Salisbury and the surrounding area. Only (slight) quibble was a number of lightbulbs not working.

It was great location close to everything we needed. The car park was easy to access and it was nice to be off the street.
