"Spacious Farmhouse with facilities that suit all."
Plenty bathrooms and two large sitting rooms made relaxing good. Love views from property and lovely walk down to the private beach. One or two little maintenance things needed attention, a blocked sink, dining table surface and possibly a rail on the outside front step would make it much more accessible for disabled users. Downstairs bedroom and unsuite walk in shower plus indoor ramps was great for disabled member of our group.

"A Home From Home
Fantastic peaceful accommodation with lovely views."
It suited our needs with having 2 border collies and was a home from home. Very spacious and had everything you could possibly need, very clean and tidy. The main reason for booking this property was because it was dog friendly, its always a challenge trying to find somewhere which doesn`t have a list of rules about dogs ! This was perfect. The house was practical as all laminated flooring/tiles downstairs so easy to clean and our doggies were very happy and comfortable. There is a small beach about 5 minutes down the track which was so peaceful and our dogs had plenty of exercise down there. Lovely spacious garden too and sheep would be popping their heads over to greet us. Even though the property is a bit remote we had plenty of days out which varied from 20 - 40 mins drive to Conway, Beaumaris, Caernarfon, RAF valley, Rhosneigr (the Oyster Catcher restaurant is amazing (served the best fish and chips) and dog friendly too)

"House and location superb."
Spacious, quiet, great gardens for a large family. Unfortunately the house felt and smelt rather grubby and in need of a deep clean. Bedding and towels old and stale, with no mattress covers and only very thin sheets between skin and mattresses, which as a result are dirty and stained. Kitchen needed a good clean before use and was full of flies which could not be expelled because the kitchen window did not open. Some items eg table mats, cooker hood, kitchen bin, dirty and unhygienic. Bathrooms tired and in need of updating. With a little investment, this could be a spectacular place.
We expect the cleaners to ensure all beds are equipped with mattress protectors so will take this up with them. I am sorry if they appear not to have done an adequate job in the kitchen
The kitchen window certainly does open but I appreciate that it is beyond both the sink and a deep window reveal so is not as accessible as others which do not have the sink in the way.
The bathrooms have all been replaced within the last five years so I am unsure what aspect of them was viewed as tired.

"We had a lovely stay at this holiday cottage."
The property is a nice size, with easy parking, and is situated in a beautiful, tranquil area. There is a lovely short walk down to the beach, and the views are fantastic, including views towards Snowdon and Holyhead.
The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.
There were a few things that could have been better. We felt the property could have been a little cleaner on arrival, and we did find a few things that weren’t quite as expected. A small welcome pack would also have been a lovely touch and made the arrival feel a little more special.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage for its lovely location, beautiful views and peaceful surroundings.

"Positives first - very spacious inside the house , abundance of cooking equipment , garden was great and the scenery spectacular."
Negatives , not very clean, we had to clean the oven before we could use it, oven trays dirty and full of grease, dog hair on the floor, I pulled out a chair to hoover and a big clump of hair was there .
No mattress toppers , we in our room had what looked like a urine stain on the mattress, a couple of the other beds also had no toppers and had stains on the mattress.
BBQ , we had to clean before we could use , we left it clean once we used it .
Such a shame as the house was great
I have spoken to our cleaners to ensure that all mattresses have toppers which are certainly there to be used.
It was disappointing to read about the oven because it was exactly one week old when these guests arrived!
The external BBQ is provided for guests to use but it is clearly labelled that it does not form part of the cleaners's duty so we expect guest to leave it in the state in which they would expect to find it. Sadly it would appear that not all guests are considerate.

"We went for our 50th wedding anniversary with my brothers and duster and partners 7 of us."
The house is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Lots of space to be together and also room to be alone if you wanted to. Everything you could need was provided. Only slight downside was the lack of a bathroom upstairs as we are all older and struggled having to go downstairs for the toilet in the night. Nevertheless we would go back again.

"A fantastic property in a beautiful location."
Being able to walk to a virtually-private beach with shallow waters for swimming was perfect. Brilliantly placed for exploring walks on Anglesey, helped by the detailed OS maps in the house. Plenty of space for a large family group, with a well-equipped kitchen to cater for them all.
Definitely a property we would recommend to others.

"The most amazing stay in the most beautiful house and area!"
The location is second to none. The house is so remote we barely saw anyone else the whole time we were there. There was someone staying in the attached property but as the back garden is private and the walls to the cottages are so think we wouldn’t have known at all.
Sitting in the back garden, or conservatory, and watching the passing ships in the bay or the RAF jets from valley was our favourite pastimes. A lovely 5-10 minute walk down the lane (almost entirely flat) to the gorgeous beach meant that we hardly left the house the whole time we were there. Everything you need for a relaxing, beach holiday is right there. Every time we went we had the beach entirely to ourselves!
Lovely walks from the beach along the coastal paths were fantastic to explore.
The house is gorgeous, generous in size and having separate areas to give everyone space when required, as well as big communal areas to gather for times together, it was perfect. We loved the conservatory and mezzanine especially. The enclosed large rear garden was perfect for the dog to enjoy his time there too.
Massive deep windows meant you can sit and read and enjoy the views.
The house had everything we needed. Including one downstairs bedroom with en-suite walk in shower bathroom for those with limited mobility. We can’t wait to come back! Going straight to the top of our list for our favourite ever family holiday!
