The property

Ger y Mynydd, 2 Cae Ty Coch is a pleasant bungalow set in Brynteg on the Isle of Anglesey.

Offering single-storey living for families and groups of friends, with easy access to the coast and Eryri National Park.

Pull onto the cul-de-sac and take advantage of the designated parking before stepping out to appreciate this tucked-away spot, where the surrounding homes create a residential setting and the nearby pub sits just across the road, ready for an easy start to your stay.

Step inside and make your way into the sitting room, where you can settle into the seating and switch on the TV, letting the day slow down after time spent exploring Anglesey.

Wander through into the dining room and set the table, bringing everyone together to share meals and conversation as plans take shape for the next outing.

Move into the kitchen and begin preparing your favourite dishes, with the oven and hob ready for anything from a quick breakfast to a hearty evening meal, while the dishwasher takes care of the clearing up and the washing machine keeps everything fresh during longer breaks, allowing you to focus on enjoying your time away.

As the evening winds down, choose from two double bedrooms or a single room, each providing a place to settle in for the night.

In the morning, step into the bathroom where you can start the day at your own pace with a bath or a refreshing shower overhead before heading back out.

Returning outside, the location continues to stand out, with the pub just moments away and Benllech Tandoori Restaurant and Storws Wen Golf Club within an easy walk, offering the option to enjoy a flavourful meal or spend time out on the course surrounded by open views.

A short drive brings you to a shop for essentials, keeping everything within easy reach.

Head out to Benllech and spend time along its wide sandy beach, where you can wander along the shoreline, dip into the sea, and pause at cafés overlooking the water.

Red Wharf Bay invites slower exploration, with sweeping coastal views, peaceful walks along the edge of the bay, and opportunities to spot birdlife across the estuary as the tide shifts.

In Moelfre, follow the coastal path as it curves around the village, take in views across the harbour, and discover stories of its maritime heritage that shape this traditional seaside setting.

Venture further to Eryri National Park, where dramatic mountain landscapes unfold, offering rewarding walking routes, viewpoints that open up across North Wales, and a sense of scale that changes with every path you follow, creating lasting moments in the outdoors.

Ger y Mynydd, 2 Cae Ty Coch in Brynteg offers a well-situated base for making the most of Anglesey, combining village convenience with access to coast and countryside.
