Description
Dunholme is an excellent detached white stone bungalow in a quiet location. Situated in the pretty village of Trearddur Bay, Wales, it is set in a rural location with stunning country and panoramic sea views. It is within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and coastal walks. Internally, the property enjoys an open-plan living and dining room with a table seating eight people. The lounge area boasts two sofas and two armchairs, a wall-mounted smart TV and a lovely woodburning stove to keep you warm during those chilly winter evenings. The kitchen has a set of grey units and sleek black worktops, and is well-equipped with a range of appliances, including a large fridge/freezer. There are three bedrooms: one double with an en-suite shower room, one king-size and one family room with a triple bunk. The bedrooms have contemporary furnishings, with ample storage with electric fans and hairdryers in each room. The two bathrooms have been fitted with high-quality fixtures and fittings. Outside, there is a front flag patio area with a log burner/barbecue with outstanding sea views. There are lawned areas to the front, side and rear of the bungalow, which are fully enclosed by 3-foot high garden walls and gates. At the rear of the property is a separate summerhouse/games room adjoining a patio area with a table and chairs. There is a private, gated, large driveway directly outside the property with
a viewable security camera. Trearddur Bay has easy access to a number of tourist attractions, including South Stack, a lighthouse on the edge of dramatic sea cliffs, with a range of RSPB reserves with bird life to be spotted in the area and National Trust properties. Dunholme is within walking distance of the village and the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach of Trearddur Bay, and is great for family days out, with a selection of pubs, restaurants and cafés to explore. Dunholme is the ultimate location for friends and families to relax and unwind.

We had a lovely few days at Dunholme.
The location is great and not very far to walk to the beach. The view out to the sea from the lounge window was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge was comfortable. Unfortunately the oven broke while we were there but the owner was very quick to get an electrician in and address the problem.
Dunholme was a very welcome, much needed rest for our family.
It has a huge lounge window with the most beautiful views along the sea. We found the binoculars and watched the jet skiers and the boats many a time. The seating areas at the front and rear were perfect spots to sit and enjoy the views (at the right time of day if you sit out back you can see the jets whizzing up from RAF Valley which I was obsessed with!). the kitchen was well stocked, the owners were helpful, dogs welcome, beds comfy, the games room was fab. We also couldn’t believe just how close it is to lots of amenities-should you wish for them! Looking out at the view you’d have no idea that there are big shops, takeaways and all sorts of places should you need/want anything! So the location was top on all counts! We had some much needed rest and recovery time after a difficult year. The beaches were beautiful and the icecream van down by the RNLI does the biggest, most delicious icecreams! South stack is minutes away up the road and Camaes Bay and Amlwch are both beautiful scenery and close by. Llangefni has a little town and little cafes and Beaumaris is also in easy driving distance. Absolutely loved this place. Thanks so much for sharing it! We came home yesterday and would happily go back tomorrow! :-)
Our third visit to dunholm.
Love it there. Fantastic views. Just a couple of points to note. The back bedroom door needs oiling as it is very noisy and the main bathroom needs to have a child lock fitted. We would recommend this property for a peaceful location yet close to amenities.
