  • "The cottage was great."

Good location for walks sightseeing and of course the local establishment. The cottage had everything you needed for a break in the dales. If as a dog owner I had an issue was the lack of outside space but you are only 5 mins from the park so as long as you dont mind taking your dog out late not a massive issue

  • "We have just returned home after a blissful 4 nights at Angel’s Nook which we throughly enjoyed and very much needed!"

There was 4 of us and our dog Fred and the 3 floors offered separate down time spaces for kids and adults. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Its peaceful location in the lovely little village of Giggleswick was ideal, with local shops, pubs and takeaways all within easy reach in Settle- a short walk away over the River Ribble. For dog owners, the location is particularly convenient, with many short walks close to the cottage especially for dogs who are unable to be off lead!! The footpath along Tems Beck is a real highlight and is especially beautiful early in the morning when it is so peaceful. The owner Chris was extremely helpful and attentive, contacting us shortly after our arrival to ensure that everything was satisfactory. The thoughtful welcome touches, including milk and a bottle of fizz, were very much appreciated and our dog was well catered for with toys, blankets and bowls and much more. Overall, Angel’s Nook is a welcoming, well-maintained and genuinely dog-friendly cottage in a lovely location. We had an excellent stay and would be very happy to return.
