We loved the property and our stay, however there were things that should have been better, the entrance to house looked a mess muck that had been there a while and the garden was a mess inside house was lovely but ensuite shower there was black on outside and my husband had to clear the hair out of plug for it to drain, having said all that it's still a lovely place to stay

"**Honest feedback**."
. Although we had a great stay here and visiting friends, and we were blessed with the weather. I would like to leave a very honest review for future holiday makers. The house is very nice but needs some maintenance and deep cleaning. The front of the house was not kept as nice as the pictures on Sykes listing portrays, everything in pots were dead and a box outside the front door was full of rubbish. The back garden is not enclosed which is not good when we had a dog and people may have children. Also a dead bird on the garden when we arrived. The cleaner needs to check this area as well as the inside before people arrive. The showers need an overhaul, grimy and black and shower drain blocked causing water to not drain away fast enough if you take long showers it would overflow. The en suite bedroom carpet was stained in alot of places and looked dirty. The tiles need a good bleach and silicon needs replacing. Black with mould. Taps seem to be on wrong way. The bath was lovely but is cracked on the bottom. Mattresses not comfy. The radiator cover in one of the single rooms had a broken piece hanging off. The games room was fab however we did not use this but good if you had young kids. House is at the top of a 'very' steep hill, our car struggled in 1st gear! Not good if you have mobility issues. Kitchen very well equipped for cooking with very nice crockery and cutlery, although we ate out every night. Room for one car on drive, anymore would have to go on the road at the front of the house. Was lovely to watch the rabbits roaming free everywhere. Despite all of this we had a very nice week and the views from the house and out in Haworth were amazing. It is an amazing place to visit.

"What an amazing property."
Could not fault anything. It was clean, well maintained & tastefully decorated. The blackout blinds were a nice touch also. Everything was there we needed. Beds & sofas were comfy. Plenty of crockery & glasswear. Amazing views. It’s a very hilly area so bear that in mind if you have mobility issues or need walking aids. Shops & pubs a stones throw away plus a lovely steam railway that we went on.

"Large beautiful house in great location would highly recommend."
Visited with friends the house provided everything from comfy beds and bedding to cozy nights in by the log burner.
Views stunning over to the church and Haworth very impressed with the town and some lovely walks form your door step.
We parked at Keighley railway station, then followed a walk from a book that was in the accommodation to oxenhope.
Then took the steam train back very nostalgic. Hope to return to explore the area further.

"Amazing!! We were emergency housed due to another property from another owner not being suitable, however, the owners of Bronte View made sure the property was available to us in such short notice and was exceptionally clean with stunning views"
. The property has a free standing bath, queen bed, log burner and amazing views of howorth for all your relaxing needs. To sit in the living area with the log burner and Jane Eyre whilst looking over at the Bronte Parsonage was an experience I will not forget. The town of Haworth is steeped in so much history and is magical. Thank you for having us we will definitely be back soon.

"We really enjoyed our holiday at the cottage."
It was beautifully clean, and welcoming. We all appreciated the games room, and our family enjoyed using the games on the TV, as well as the football game. The cottage was beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, and it was great having an en-suite shower room as well as the bathroom. The views towards Haworth were beautiful. It was great being able to walk into Haworth in just a few minutes and we loved the proximity of the railway station and the high street too. The cottage was great. Thank you.

"A lovely house set in a good location with added ample secure parking for two cars."
The house was well equipped with almost everything you could ask for and had stunning views across Haworth.
The only reservation was the very step hill up to the property (not the owners fault) and the double bed mattress was in need of replacement due to been able to feel the springs during a very uncomfortable nights sleep.
However, we would stay again if we ever in the area.

"I would recommend a stay at Bronte View Cottage and Haworth."
This modern house is well equipped, welcoming and comfortable; with lovely views across the valley and situated in a cul-de-sac we had peaceful, quiet night's sleep. An Idea place for a family with two televisions rooms, the second one is in a games room, my husband and I had great fun playing table football.
From the cottage you can walk into Haworth Main Street, which is delightful, with plenty of cafes and pubs. We had some lovely meals out and our dog was made very welcome.. We throughly enjoyed visiting The Bronte Parsonage museum and Church. The 'Railway Children' station and walks to see some of the films locations.
We left Bronte View Cottage feeling refreshed and relaxed.

"Great house."
Plenty of room and fab views across to the "Bronte" church and older Main Street of the town. Make sure your car breaks and hill starts are up to scratch as the roads to get to the property are very steep. Area the property is located in is very quiet and the walk down to the Mill Hey side of the village to get pizza or curry is about 7 mins. Walk back up might take longer! A walk over to the Main Street and into the coffee shops and eating places will definitely improve your fitness and help burn off a few calories. Plenty of choice of bars and eateries; the Old Registry was particularly good. Out of high season, check the opening times as we got caught out with the bars for serving food and the running times of the steam train. Plenty to do and see. Co-op and Spar close by for stocking up on groceries/alcohol.

All the facilities were well thought out with excellent provision e.g kitchen appliances and equipment. We were provided with a quality fan to help keep us cool in the heatwave, which was hugely appreciated. We would love to return as there was still a lot to see and do in the area.

"A big, beautiful house, very clean and in a great location."
The view was stunning, the photos do not do it justice. You can see Haworth main street, the church and the top of the Bronte Parsonage Museum from the back of the house. The road it is on is very quiet and peaceful. Really comfortable beds, we all slept very well each night. Our teenage daughters loved the games room, which is such a good idea. The owner was really nice. We had one tiny issue with a bath plug and it was sorted out immediately. We enjoyed it so much we've already booked to go back later this year.
