  • "3 Springhaven is a great place to stay."

    It is very spacious, comfortable and had all we needed, plus more. The bathroom is lovely, with a good shower that was easy to work. My sister and I were delighted to find a DVD player as well as the now ubiquitous smart TV. We are not fans of smart TVs as they usually outsmart us! The owners were most kind, helpful and friendly. There was offroad parking, which was an added bonus. Hampsthwaite is a very pleasant village, and we were able to catch the buses to Harrogate and Pateley Bridge just yards away from the flat. We can thoroughly recommend this flat, and hope to stay there again one day.

  • "My wife and I had a lovely peaceful week in this excellent holiday let."

    Everything is provided to ensure a comfortable stay and the property is spotlessly clean. The main bedroom is very large and easily accommodated super king bed leaving ample space. Built in wardrobes and plenty of drawers provide ample storage for clothing.The bathroom is large and excellently fitted out. The lounge is very comfortable and has a nice country feel.We were very happy here and can strongly recommend for anyone needing a base to holiday in the area.

  • "This was a lovely peaceful flat to stay in, beautifully furnished and a very comfortable space to come back to after a day out or just chill out and relax in."

    I enjoyed sitting in the window with a drink, reading and watching the birds at the bird-feeder, or watching TV from the very comfortable chair or sofa. My daugher also stayed a couple of days and the flat suited our purposes perfectly. Hampsthwaite is an attractive village with a nice cafe and a small village shop for essentials. Lots to do in the area, the RHS gardens on the edge of Harrogate are beautiful. The owners are lovely, very responsive if in need of help or advice. Thanks Dave and Val for great stay.

  • "Good location and reasonably easy to find just 3 miles outside Harrogate off main road."

    Useful bus stop less than a minute away into Harrogate and made a nice change to relax and enjoy the views. Apartment well equipped with everything you’d need. Comfortable beds and pillows were added bonus from previous cottages stayed in. Parking on site and owners nearby which was handy on arrival due to long traffic delays. Well worth a stay.

    Great beds and beautiful bedding very comfortable. Great bathroom cand shower, lovely bath sheets. Plenty of clothes storage in bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen and outside space with garden furniture a lovely sun trap which we used most evenings...Cottage is situated close to bus stop. Parking is ample at cottage. Host was very helpful on arrival. Hampsthwaite is a lovely village with great pub and cafe/ bistro all within walking distance from cottage. Beautiful church and walk by the river . I would recommend this property as only 20 minutes on bus to Harrogate. A beautiful area and well worth a visit. We had a great week here and would stay again in this lovely accommodation.

    A great property and very quiet at night so great for a good nights sleep. Coplands bakery in Harrogate had the best egg custard we have ever tasted and the local real ale in the Station Hotel Birstwith was also excellent. With Kingfishers and Red Kites nearby this a great area for walking as well.

    The bedrooms were spacious and the master bed was huge and very comfortable! The second toilet was a bonus and very handy. We enjoyed having a larger fridge than most properties offer and the heated drying rack was great. This was a great location to explore the amazing surrounds of the Yorkshire Dales.

Tucked away in the charming village of Hampsthwaite is a lovely ground-floor apartment, just a stone's throw away from the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

3 Springhaven offers welcoming accommodation for a group of four to rest their heads before discovering the wonder of Yorkshire on an exciting trip.

The apartment comes complete with off road parking for two cars and a large secure garage for cycles or motorbikes, along with a large garden to the front and paved area to the side, both of which enjoy a sunny aspect.

The apartment itself can be accessed either through the kitchen or the sitting room, whichever your preference, and here you will find a traditional interior with contemporary amenities featured throughout.

There are two stunning bedrooms, comprising a super-king-size, which can be made into a twin, and an attractive double, both offering great storage space for all your belongings.

With full central heating and an electric fire in the sitting room, you can stay cosy whilst enjoying a good book, or snuggle up in the evening with a glass of wine whilst you get lost in a film.

The picturesque village of Hampsthwaite is set by the River Nidd and provides a lovely setting for a relaxing holiday. After spending a day discovering the walks in the area why not visit the tea room or village pub. There is also a shop so you won’t need to travel far for your supplies. The attractive spa town of Harrogate is less than five miles away and is famous for its acres of immaculate gardens, open spaces, elegant architecture and broad tree-lined boulevards. Once one of the most fashionable spas in Europe, the town continues to draw visitors from far and wide to its excellent shopping and restaurants and renowned conference centre. The surrounding countryside is outstandingly beautiful with Nidderdale and the Yorkshire Dales to the west and the North York Moors to the east. Close by there are many major attractions including Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal Water Garden (National Trust) and the historic houses of Norton Conyers and Newby Hall & Gardens. However many visitors will be more than happy to enjoy a day in Harrogate itself - walking in the Valley Gardens followed by afternoon tea at "Bettys", the town's world famous tearooms.
