Summerbridge also has a scattering of dwellings, farms, a local shop, garages, post office, pub and an excellent butcher. Nearby is the market town of Pateley Bridge, offering quaint little alleys and yards off the steep main street, with many interesting shops offering a wide range of unusual gifts and mementos.
