Upon entering the property, you will be greeted a large open-plan ground floor with plenty of original features, comprising of kitchen, lounge and dining area, where you can unwind and enjoy your favourite shows on the TV after a day of exploring.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, and a fridge with an icebox, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals.

The dining area comfortably seats four, making it an ideal space for enjoying meals together.

For your convenience, a utility room with a washing machine is also available, ensuring all your laundry needs are catered for during your stay.

As the day draws to a close, retire to one of the two inviting bedrooms.

The market town of Bridgnorth lies in two very distinct halves - the High Town and the Low Town - separated by the red sandstone ridge on which the town is built. The two halves are connected by winding streets and flights of steps, or there is always the steep funicular railway, enabling the weary traveller to glimpse what Charles I called "the finest view in all my kingdom". A bustling Saturday street market provides an ample excuse to explore the town and examine the castle ruins, which lean at a greater angle than the Leaning Tower of Pisa! Flowing below is the River Severn, providing many pleasant riverside walks. The Severn Valley Railway runs between Bridgnorth and Kidderminster, and runs a variety of steam and diesel engines through picturesque country stations. In the areas surrounding Bridgnorth, there are a wealth of country parks, impressive houses, museums and picturesque Shropshire villages, as well as easy access to The Royal Air Force Museum at Cosford, and Ironbridge Gorge, with its 10 museums and striking landscape.
