"Excellent. Superb views over the valley to Argal farms & reservoir."
Kitchen has a double oven and all the kit. Lovely walks from the farm. Circa one mile walk to the pub & shop in the village. Perfectly placed for Falmouth Truro & Helston by car. Very clean throughout. Big Asda Lidl and Sainsbury nearby by car. Local mega brewery Verdant in the industrial estate by the Asda. Highly recommended.

"Lovely cozy little cottage with everything we needed and more!"
-
"Beautiful views, very clean, well equipped and room to park the car, which is an absolute bonus in Cornwall!"

"It was all lovely."
Our only criticism was that the second bedroom was poorly appointed. It lacked a mirror and a bedside table. It also needed a surface for one’s “stuff”, eg to plonk brochures one picked up, cosmetics, books, devices etc. there’s not much space there, but a simple bookcase - EMPTY - would solve the problem, especially if it had a mirror above.

"Andrew And Melonie Were super hosts the Cabin was as advertised it was clean and comfortable on a farm with fab views right out to sea ."
There were an awful lot of things to do within a short car ride that 2 weeks was not long enough to do them all . It was just the right place for country loving people like Catherine and i

"The owners were very welcoming & friendly."
The Cabin had all the home comforts that we needed for our fortnight summer holiday. Great location. Fantastic views. Wonderfully quiet. Great base to view a number of National Trust & English Heritage properties/gardens in the area, plus being close to Falmouth for the Maritime Museum, beaches, etc

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Cabin, it was excellent, very clean, comfortable and well equipped."
A lot of thought has gone into making this the ideal holiday accommodation. It’s in a very peaceful location with great views and ideally placed for touring round Cornwall. Definitely giving this 10 out of 10 for everything!

"The Cabin was really well equipped."
Loved where it was situated. Our main reason for booking was the close proximity to the Flicka foundation (equine charity). We were really pleased to find somewhere this close and I was able to visit my adopted donkeys several times on our stay.

"The Google Maps location included in the ad and sent via email is incorrect."
Here is the correct one: https://goo.gl/maps/xyEfSpHUjfgCBgjCA

"The cabin was clean (in fact spotless) and comfortable and has a great view of the surrounding countryside."
It is in a good location for exploring Cornwall and we were able to visit the Eden project, Lands End, Lost gardens of Heligan, Lizard point etc. all less than 1 hours drive away. Although it feels like you are away from it all in the countryside there are local amenities and a supermarket is just a short drive away. Would highly recommend this to anybody wanting to escape the rat race if only for a week or two !

"The cabin was lovely."
our only criticisms are regarding heating and the double bedroom. there isn’t sufficient heating in the lounge/ kitchen, takes a long time to get the space warm. the double bedroom needs the bed replacing, it is lumpy, the mattress sinks in the middle and the bed is rickety and small. otherwise we have had a wonderful stay. the owners were friendly and receptive the
Thank you for your feedback. I really wish you had been in contact with us during your stay as we would have been able to help. I am glad you had a wonderful stay. Property Owner

The cabin was spotless and very well equipped - the perfect base for exploring the area. The owners were friendly and welcoming - we loved it!

"The owners of the cabin were very accommodating and helpful, they advised us of bike routes in the area and let us know that if we needed anything all we had to do was cal."
The Cabin is on the outskirt of the working dairy farm and overlooks a valley where the view of the land and lake leads your eye to the sea views above, very peaceful and beautiful. It is close to Penryn and Falmouth with supermarket and fuel facilities at the bottom of Mabe Burnthouse village. We would book again if we were in this area. Thank you to Andrew and Melanie for a lovely holiday.

The one cabin is very private with stunning views and very well equipped and comfortable. Nice little touches to welcome us of flowers, Cornish tea cakes and everything for a cuppa. Highly recommended.
