"It was one of the best Airbnb I have ever hired."
The house was in the best location with variety of facilities for us and the hospitality was great. I will recommend my friend and family to hire the property if they require to have . Even I would like to hire next time again. Thank you and much appreciated for the help in this matter.

"Lovely property."
Ideal for us as a family with plenty of crockery/cutlery etc. plus 4 bathrooms perfect for travelling with 3 grown up girls and their boyfriends. The most impressive thing was the way the owner dealt with an issue with the hot water which we discovered on arrival. Whilst you never want problems, the way anything is dealt with is the mark of a well run operation

"A lovely property which was very well presented, clean and tidy."
The facilities such as the kitchen appliances, were more than adequate for the eight of us. For seating, it might have been a bit of push if the maximum of 10 people were staying. The bedrooms were well fitted out with very comfy beds. The Jacuzzi was much appreciated. There were issues/annoyances: On arrival, we tried to unlock the key box, but couldn’t. Fortunately, we had arrived a little earlier and the caretaker, Samantha hadn’t left. She couldn’t unlock the box either and so she rang the owner who gave us the updated code (not same as the one given in the email sent to us). So at last we were able to gain entrance. We thought it would be better to the use the gas wood burner to the heat the lounge rather heating the whole house. We followed the clear instructions given, but couldn’t ignite the fire with the remote control. We rang the mobile phone number given which was Samantha’s. She was very helpful and contacted the owner who sent an email with the instructions to relight the pilot light. The fire ignited! Apparently there were high winds the week before which could have blown out the pilot light. In both instances above we were very grateful to Samantha for helping us out. The downstairs wet-room shower was described as ‘quirky’ with instructions to make it operate. However we couldn’t make it operate. The best we could do was to get scolding hot water. The large lounge TV was great, but we couldn’t get the terrestrial TV channels. We had to select the internet streaming channels which was a little frustrating. The bedroom TV didn’t work at all. Overall the we would have given property a five star rating but because the annoyances, we would have liked to have given a 4 ½ rating. So we had to choose 4 stars.
