Eg coffee table, shower gel, also mattress needs renewing. Had to be moved lodge but it was a win as the view was lovely. We would definitely use again if we are in Devon. P.s the dogs were entertained as we were with the visiting squirrels xthankyou

  • "Bungalow was lovely, clean and well positioned, unfortunately for us the gates on our balcony were not secure enough for our dogs - they could fit through the gaps, be fine with bigger dogs but just meant we couldn't relax with the doors open."

The dog exercise field was incredible, 2 min walk and beautiful views, really well maintained, we loved it and went up there loads. We had a lovely time but if we were to come back we would need to block that gate!

  • "We had a lovely stay and very friendly staff."

The property was spotless and very well equipped, plus a lovely basic welcome pack was provided! The only problem for me was the very steep incline to the dog field and the waste recycling but if Nick is about he does offer to assist you with your waste. Very pretty and scenic views all around you.

  • "What an absolute Gem of a place, we will definately return."

So peaceful with a lovely view of Combe Martin. There's a fantastic field for the dogs to run around, and listening to the owls as the night drew in was a bonus.

Thank you so much for the great feedback! The evenings are amazing here, so quiet and apart from the owls and occasional wolf howl! We hope you come back and visit us soon. Property Owner

  • "Booked a 6 night late break here and glad we did."

Lovely accommodation so clean and quiet and staff could not have been more helpful. One of the photos showed the lodge being accessed by steps. However you can take your car down a tarmac lane to an allocated parking place which is is on level ground to the lodge. Thoroughly recommend this for a holiday. Theres a local Coop-less than a mile away in Coombe Martin as well as lovely beaches and pubs close by too. Easy to see why it gets visitors returning.

  • "The property was clean and well laid out in a lovely quiet setting."

1st impressions very pleased with choice, but did notice through our stay, the property was tired in places, leaking washer on shower head, simple fix, but not done, as an example. Hence, I suppose why the property is up for sale.

All the staff immensely welcoming and helpful. Kelly went out of her way to get OS maps for us. Wifi in the bar was a great boon. Laundry room so convenient, and inexpensive. All good, many thanks.

  • "The Chalet was lovely."

Gorgeously decorated and the bed was very comfortable. A nice touch was the milk in the fridge and the little brown box of everyday essentials. Everyone was kind and accomodating. Check in was at 4, however I arrived a couple of hours earlier and the staff were kind enough to allow me to enter the property. The dog field was an added highlight of the stay. I shall be informing my friends about this little piece of heaven:)

Thank you so much for your lovely comments and review on Manleigh Park. We do try and accommodate our guests with an early check in if available. I'm glad your furry family members enjoyed the dog field, that is a huge bonus for our guests here at Manleigh. We can't wait to see you and your family/friends again here at Manleigh! • "The only reason I've marked down for comfort is that we found the mattresses very soft and saggy and we didn't sleep well on them."

We tried the single beds in case they were better, but they weren't unfortunately. I also found the sofas very soft and too low. This is very relevant to me as I have arthritis and supportive furniture makes a massive difference to me. The chalet was very clean and well maintained. The site is in a lovely setting but very steep, so if you have mobilty issues probably not one for you.

Thank you so much for staying with us and your feedback. Since reading this we have changed out the mattresses in both rooms. I am so sorry that the sofa's were too low for you, if you come and stay again, please call me upon booking and I will make sure you are in a chalet with higher sofas. I glad that you found the chalet clean and property well maintained, we have an excellent team here at Manleigh. We hopefully look forward to seeing you again in the future. Property Owner
