  • "Gorgeous property on the outskirts of Broadstairs."

Very quiet area. Kitchen is exceptionally well kitted out. Beds were very comfortable as was the living area, with games and a smart tv. The separate dining room is very grand - perfect for Christmas dinner! The owners were really friendly and helpful - the welcome pack email is one on the most comprehensive and accurate I’ve come across. Although the pool wasn’t available for use, it looks a good size and no doubt is a huge draw in the summer months! We loved our stay and were sad when our Christmas week was over!

  • "We had a wonderful week at Foreland Cottage."

It is in a lovely village location, close to amenities, but is quiet and peaceful. The bungalow is spacious, and the owner has thought to furnish it, so it is very comfortable to live in with everything you may need. It is lovely and light and must be super in the warmer months when you can use the pool. The information, sent prior to our visit was very comprehensive and the best I have ever recieved, when booking a holiday rental. I go to Kent quite often as I have family there and it is by far the best place we have found to stay. Lots to do in the area too.

  • "Lovely, comfortable cottage."

Very spacious but still cosy. The pool is a big bonus, we had lovely weather, but even if it would have been a bit colder you can still enjoy a swim in the heated pool. Very nice area to enjoys walks to the beach or go to Margate, Ramsgate and Broadstairs.

  • "A glorious property and grounds."

The perfect place to properly escape . it feels like the home you wish you had. Our favourite thing was relaxing in the garden where you can hear many birds and smell the sea breeze. The lovely pool is the cherry on the top. Will definitely recommend and book again for 2024.

  • "Lovely cottage in a quiet location (if you ignore the wild Parakeets which were equally pretty and noisy occasionally when they passed through the garden)."

Beds were comfortable with crisp linen (no unnecessary cushions and throws so they felt very clean) The sitting room had ample seating for a family of four adults and was light, airy and a lovely view and access to the rear garden. The real bonus was the swimming pool, ideal for daily exercise or simply lounging and heated to a perfect temperature. The garden was secure for dogs with the addition of removable fencing around the pool. Perfectly located for exploring Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate. If you are looking for takeaway chips to bring back, I would highly recommend the Palm Bay Fish bar (5 mins drive). All the bays are dog friendly after 6pm during high season so you get the chance for some beautiful beach walks but equally pleasant rural and suburban walks on the doorstep too!

  • "It was an absolute joy to stay at Foreland cottage."

The accommodation is stylish yet comfortable and homely. We loved that it was dog friendly and we appreciated the food and water bowls thoughtfully left. The saltwater pool was just divine. There was a chill in the air during our stay but we were still able to make full use of the pool as it was so well heated. We will definitely be booking again. X
