What guests are saying
The chalet was great but a few things could have been better.
# outside rails on steps very flimsy # lack of crockery and glasses - need enough to 2 per person and not even wine glasses for one each. # booked for 9 but only 8 chairs / places at dining table # as two bathrooms ensuite another toilet would have helped # first time I have ever been asked to pay for wifi # hot tub not right temperature until the third night ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ For publication: The chalet was very pleasant and met the needs of our group of 8. The site was well kept and the additional parking close by. The lodge was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied for self-catering but more crockery and glasses would have been appreciated.
We had a great time at Lodge 13.
It was very private and conveniently close to all amenities. We enjoyed fun days out to the beach and funfair. Michelle was easy to contact, friendly, and very accommodating throughout our stay. We would definitely book again.
We had a truly wonderful stay and created so many amazing memories.
The lodge was comfortable and relaxing, offering everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Michelle was exceptionally kind and helpful from the moment we made our booking until the day we left, always ready to assist with anything we needed. It’s a lovely place to unwind, with excellent staff who make both adults and kids feel welcome and well looked after. We would definitely love to come back! Galina's and Elina's family - lodge 13. :)
