Places to Visit from Brynowen Holiday Park

Just outside Brynowen Holiday Park to the north, you’ll find the seaside village of Morfa Borth, home to a number of pubs, restaurants and shops as well as a handful of great attractions like Borth Beach and The Animalarium, a small zoo for rehomed animals. Not only that, but you’ll also be right on the doorstep of some fantastic countryside walks, taking you through the rolling hills of Ceredigion and offering impeccable views of Cardigan Bay.

On the other hand, the popular seaside town of Aberystwyth can be found just a 20-minute drive south of here, a bustling university town that’s extremely popular with tourists over the summer and makes for a brilliant place to go for a day out.

Just over an hour's drive away, but a place not to be missed, is the seaside town of Barmouth, with a fantastic sandy beach that stretches along the Welsh coastline. Visit the quaint shops and make a stop at Mermaid Fish and Chips for a classic seaside tradition. You can also head out of town and walk along the Barmouth Bridge, with a wooden walkway level with the train line, if you are lucky, you might even spot a train coming over for what would be a great picture!
