Easy parking at rear (2 spaces provided). 2-3 minutes walk (depending on speed of walking) to the centre of village High Street from the rear of the property. Wonderful circular walk from the property to Broadway Tower and back. Within easy reach of numerous attractions including National Trust houses, Stratford upon Avon and various gardens. The property had everything we needed and we couldn't fault it.

Cannot rate this highly enough exceeded all our expectations will definitely return. Such a bonus having off road parking, having stayed in Broadway before. Not a complaint more of a observation, when we visited it was very hot we were thankful of the small fan but a couple more would have helped.

The property was great for our family of three. We loved the reclining sofas in the living room. A couple of extra blankets would be a great addition for cozy nights in (we stayed in February!). The location was perfect; 5 mins walk into Broadway where there's plenty of places to eat/drink and visit such as the Broadway Museum and the Gordon Russell museum. It's also a great location to explore the surrounding villages.

Well equipped and the reclining sofas were a big hit. Comfy beds! Friendly neighbours. Within walking distance to the beautiful village of Broadway which made this easier with a 5 & 2 year old. Excellent park close-by as well as lovely shop's and pubs/restaurants. We found a lovely little bakery that sold the best cupcakes/muffins we've ever had. Excellent parking facilities as we could use the back gate for easy access. Would highly recommend and will certainly be booking here again for our summer staycation next year. We wanted to stay the extra week but fully booked as anticipated.

Short drive to Evesham, great for cycling or hiking too. Worth noting it is a terraced cottage in a rather new developement so walls are thin. TV or music played by neighbours is hearable clearly, but not very frequently.

The second bedroom is a reasonable size. All the beds have decent mattresses. Both sofas recline, and there’s a Smart TV in the lounge for Netflix etc. It’s located within a quiet estate; about a 5 minute walk to the village centre (and the Co-op). The door to the Toilet/bathroom could not be locked and the door could not be properly closed and need to use an object to block it from opening while using .So my opinion is that the cottage is appropriate only for 2 person sharing. The garden was extremely messy. But since it was winter it did not really both me. But it would , if my stay was in Summer.

Despite the two parking spaces, I don't think the property would really have been suitable for four adults as the second bedroom contained two single beds and nothing else, the chest of drawers being on the landing. Also the drop leaf kitchen table would have been a bit tight for four adults to negotiate. Some of the kitchen pans could do with being recycled. The frying pan in particular had seen better days!
