"A couple of issues: 1) No Visitors Guide - nothing about working the heating, internet or emergency contacts 2) We worked out the heating once we found the hive/nest button under the bliler, but no timer/thermostat in the house 3) No access to internet until we finally found the router in the top play room with the boiler 4) The main walk in shower drain is blocked resulting in the tray almost overflowing - the kindly provided a plunger next to the shower, which resulted in black dirt and other "rubbish" coming back into the shower 5) The outer front door could not be securely locked and relied upon a Yale lock only but the door was very loose and poorly fitted 6) The inner front door dead lock would not lock from the outside, so this door could not be locked when going out - at least improving security a little."
