"Cabin extremely nice."
Clean and well positioned with everything you could need provided. Staff on site extremely helpful and friendly. My only gripe (and it is a small one) is that we found the settee and armchairs rather uncomfortable. Everything else, such as bed, decking seats, dining table and chairs were great. A really nice place to stay.

"Excellent modern lodge and we enjoyed our stay."
However, the reception is permanently closed and so is the pub. We were lucky on check in that the helpful gardner saw us and gave us the keys to the lodge. At the time of our stay he was the only person on site as the office has moved to Cornwall. The site is very well kept on a secluded hillside and was very peaceful and quiet. We like walking and found a pleasant walk into the town. Combe Martin beach is approximately 1.5 miles away and is walkable, and comes out near the pretty church, (the footpath starts on site as it’s longer on the road). Comes out near the pretty church. Parking charges otherwise. Plenty of fantastic coastal walks in the vicinity along the SWCP. A few good tea/coffee/pubs and a small shop for basics and lottery. There is a Lidl in Ilfracombe. The lodge is close to the Exmoor National Park and everywhere you look the scenery is superb. The lodge has plenty of storage and the two bathrooms are excellent, plus there is a washing machine. A car is a must. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

"We had a really good holiday at Manleigh Park."
The lodge is very spacious and comfortable. All your needs are catered for. The walk to the beach takes around 25minutes , and is slightly uphill coming back. It was handy to be able to take the bus into Ilfracombe, where there are lovely walks and we even saw grey seals near the harbour. A lovely relaxing break.

Staff were great , very pleasant and helpful . There is a winding and bit steep drive onto site but was ok. Well worth staying there .

"Number 16 is a beautiful lodge, tastefully decorated and boasts a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher."
The site is extremely peaceful and relaxing, the wrap around deck was perfect for sitting out with a cuppa watching the rabbits jumping around and the birds in the trees. It is a pleasant walk to Combe Martin although it is quite steep but only takes about 20 minutes Everyone on the site was so welcoming and helpful. We would definitely return.
