"We really enjoyed our stay."
The location is excellent with absolutely everything on your doorstep. Right next to beach and all the cafes, shops, restaurants and amenities of the town. The property is well stocked with everything you need. Beds were comfortable, we slept well. The place is very quiet especially considering the central location.

We stayed at the property when we last visited in 2018 and chose to return because of the location. There are a few very minor irritations but the only concern I would have is the property may be difficult for people with mobility issues because of the narrow stairs and 3 levels, The location of the 'free' car park, distance-wise, could also affect such persons. Yes, I understand Lyme is hilly! Thank you to the young lady who assisted with a refuse collection issue when we called into your office. Excellent customer service.

There was plenty of space for the five of us, and the sitting room was a special treat, with its view of the sea (and the seagulls!). We have spent many happy holidays in Lyme Regis, and this was the best yet!

"Lovely maisonnette, nicely done up inside with great location."
Few tips are if have young children i would not use this property due to v small entrance area before steep steps so no room for buggy. Also there are two flights of steps but the stairgates only fit on one, making it stressful with a 17 month old. This said we would definately use the property again when our youngest is older.

Also not enough mugs ! If you expect 6 people to stay there its washing up all the time . Very pleased where the place is situated

"Lovely holiday in Lyme Regis."
The apartment is very central and convenient- we didn’t get in the car once and spent a week exploring. Beds comfortable, good selection of board games. I had to clean around the kitchen on our arrival (crumbs over front of cupboards, handles dirty, coffee rings on sides) but maybe I’m just fussy! The rest of the place was adequately clean though. We had no Wi-Fi - I believe the problem in resolving this was with BT though. Lyme bay holidays tried to resolve but “myfi” provided gave very poor connection. Other than the minor issues mentioned we had a good holiday in this apartment and we would return.

This apartment is set over two floors, the first and second floor of the property, and therefore you will have to climb the stairs to find the three bedrooms available, starting with a king-size with pretty vintage look furniture adding to the heritage of the space as well as a window to the quaint town outside, a double room with a writing desk and mirror and a bunk room, however please bear in mind that the bunk beds are only suitable for children.
