  • "We stayed here as we were going to a family funeral in Penrith, the house was perfect was all 6 of us to use and sleep and location was also great as it wasn’t too far out of Penrith at all, Everything was ready for when we arrived and we picked up keys in reception as agreed ."

Could t have asked for a better place at all. Thank you very much.

  • "So all in all was a great holiday however just a few things of note."

My wifes allergies were very affected by the bedroom which had the 2 single beds in it and this was due to the wooden floors catching a lot of dust n there may have been a slight damp smell too. This affected her sleep for nearly all of the trip. The shower holder downstairs was loose and not staying upright when the shower head was put in it and this made the shower experience not that enjoyable. On one occasion we had gone on a hike and my elderly mother in law qas left alone at hme so she was i the garden and someone knocked on the front door and she didnt hear it so the male just walked in without permission. She then realised he was in the house and he said it was to read the gas meter. I find this unacceptable as there was a lone female in the house and also our valuables were left inside and someone just walking in wen we had booked the place was not something i was comfortable with.

  • "We really enjoyed our stay at Eamont Park, the grand kids were fascinated seeing so many rabbits running around just outside the house, the use of the swimming pool was a real extra as well, the staff where really kind & helpful, especially after we were guilty of a few self inflicted problems, We loved the location with easy access to other places in the Lake District, We would come again to Eamont, the only downside is in having no wi-fi in the house, although it was available in the centre."

    Many Thanks The Cains

  • "A superb location and site, all the staff were extremely helpful and any issues which arose were dealt with immediately."

It was the best holiday accommodation we have had for years, and the availability of on site facilities was much appreciated. We hope to return in future.
