  • "Had a lovely stay in a well appointed cottage T'whit T'woo."

Cosy with all mod cons and great water pressure (better than my own house). Chose this one down to location and having a car parking space, as well as being central for our preferred locations. Only recommendations, we would have is to have a welcome pint of milk rather than the Proseco, but other than that both my wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely, plus we had 4 full days of sunshine!

  • "We have stayed at this property many times and new property owners have carried on with high standards ."

Every thing was as we expected and very clean. Weather turned out very good and did not need protective gear. A great place to celebrate my 80th birthday and hope to be back for many more.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed your birthday celebrations. Property Owner

  • "MICE!!!"

! The owner stuck to a £300 refund which didn’t cover the 3 nights we vacated the property. Due to this we paid for a whole spent chasing mice, packing our cases and looking for alternative accommodation. Sykes referred us to the owner to resolve. The owner advised he didn’t want to be out of pocket but we were left as such having to pay more than £300 more for last minute alternative accommodation!!!!. This is aside from all of the other issues raised with Sykes no hot water to the bathroom sink, which the owner notified us about on route!!! I couldn’t use the shower due to surgery and being in a leg caste!!! building works outside to the right of the front door and an undisclosed steep incline to property, not in any of the photos, caused real difficulty for me on crutches in a caste. Yes it’s lovely, just hope you don’t have mice or any other issues!!

Thank you for your feedback. We have caught the mouse and undertaken a deep clean . The problem is now resolved. The water heater is replaced and there is hot water in the bathroom. Next door have fully completed their ground works. We were not made aware of your leg in a cast in advance of your visit however we recently had a guest to stay who suffers from multiple sclerosis and is wheel chair bound. She accessed the property using the level path in front of the row of cottages with no issues The slope can be avoided if required. Property Owner
