"Overall, the caravan site was nice, it was more near Allonby."
The caravan was new, therefore the majority was clean. However, the crockery, glasses and cutlery was dirty, there were tea & coffee stains, tomato/ red sauce stains on plates/bowls, everything had to be washed on arrival prior to use. There was a crack in the mirror over the sink one of the toilets, looks like from installation and screwing the mirror up. The bed was the one provided in the chalet, it was very low, soft, and bouncy and were 3 pillows for a double bed. If you improve cleanliness, change the bed, and provide an extra pillow for a double, it would have scored better.
