"Found easily from directions given, property clean, well maintained and welcoming."
Everything needed was provided, will use again and would highly recommend if you’re looking in this area.

The bathroom needed a deep clean was the only issue, outside lighting needs to be better to clean up after your dog, small issues but would have given full marks otherwise
"We had a wonderful stay at Ashfield Studio."
Our hosts made us very welcome and were there if we needed anything during our stay. The facilities were excellent, everything we would need in the kitchen and nice little touches in other room's to make our stay warm and comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend this to friends and family and would be happy to come back and stay ourselves at a future date.
"Ashfield Studio is a lovely, comfortable, one bedroom house."
There is everything you need for a break away.
"Lovely stay in Ashfield Studio."
Superb comfortable accommodation - just as the listing showed. Could not fault a thing. Looking forward to returning later in the year.
"A very enjoyable week away."
Cottage was comfortable & warm, set in spacious grounds, which was ideal for our dog. Easy to access places to visit. Would return in the future if in that area again.
"Lovely little property for the money and the accommodation was ideal for us."
Friendly owner. Nice basic cafe a stones throw away if you can’t be bothered to cook yourself.
"Lovely spacious studio with large garden and woods at the end of the drive for dog walking."
Owners provide maps and walks for the area - a beautiful area to visit.
"Beautiful setting for a very relaxing holiday."
Lovely personal garden that is perfectly safe and dog friendly. There are longer walks around the fields and orchard and a lovely walk over the road through the woods. The spiral staircase is also perfectly safe and a gorgeous feature. Teddy and I agree, well certainly be back.
"Love Ashfield Studio, this is our second visit and we will shortly be going back a third time."
We would highly recommend for a peaceful easy feeling break, lovely place with everything you need, very quiet and relaxing but not too far away from Lincoln and surrounding areas.
"This was our second time here."
Lovely and spacious, well equipped cottage with lovely and green surroundings and very friendly owners. The location is very quiet and peaceful. A very good base to discover Lincolnshire and parts of Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire.

Lovely, comfortable quiet place just what we needed would highly recommend and will return at some point , many thanks to Martin and Denise we wouldn’t have known they were there, also in easy reach to Lincoln and surrounding areas
"Excellent time away, really quiet, really relaxing, cottage was beautiful, spotless clean, and a comfy bed, all the facilities needed, for a lovely time away."
Would recommend this little gem. Peaceful beautiful gardens we enjoyed evening on the garden swing. Lovely hosts, Denise and Malcolm. Romantic little get away.
"We had a lovely two week stay in a rural location in a studio attached to the owners house."
The gardens are large with a wood across the road with lots of walks to take the dog on. Plenty of wildlife to see and Market Rasen is just 5 minutes in the car.
"We had a great stay in this well supplied cottage."
The bedroom was lovely and the garden area was perfect for a pet. The only downside was the incredibly slow speed of the broadband so streaming was painful.
"Lovely place to stay, very spacious studio, loved the bedroom and bed really comfy."
Garden really pretty at springtime with safe enclosed area for our dog. Only minor niggle was nowhere to put toiletries in shower, a little shelf would have been useful. Would definitely recommend.
"Very pleasant, well-equipped, clean and comfortable."
"We really enjoyed our stay at Ashfield Studio and were made to feel welcome by the owners."
It was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Hope to return sometime.Would definitely recommend.
"Thank you for an amazing stay at the lovely Ashfield Studio, great location and fabulous facilities and for your warm welcome!"
Lovely birdlife and rabbits in the garden.
"Lovely place to stay, spacious with everything you need for your stay."
"I had a really lovely 2 days here the area is so peaceful and not too far from pubs, shops etc."
The studio itself was lovely, very clean and fully equipped with everything you would need. Highly recommend can’t wait to return
"The property is ideally located for touring around (in my opinion, the best parts) a wide area of Lincolnshire."
Despite being on a main road, it is very quiet; Even the dog kennel (fairly mentioned in the listing) was barely noticed! The property is well equipped, with a nice enough amount of character to distinguish it from the usual 'homes'. The enclosed area was ideal for the dog (although the PIR light was a little random) and for a 'very quick walk', the main garden is big enough to stretch the legs :) Inside was comfortable, with good lighting (both from window & lights). The Biomass boiler provides plenty output for the radiators - Even in December! The owner was happy to detail about the Biomass, which was fabulously interesting; also having a booklet in the welcome pack, detailing the 'eco-waste' system (albeit being a little discerning when considering products to use). However, it appears the heating goes off around 11pm, not to come back on until around 7am. Logical to some, but not what I expect on a 'holiday'. Although I heard little from the neighbouring property, one can hear the main house's bathroom (I suspect) on occasion, as well as some weird clonks (I think was the heating system). The only thing that did put me off returning was the housekeeping. Whilst everything appears in place, there seems little evidence of an actual 'professional' cleaning taking place between occupants. I actually left it cleaner than it was from the start, including the bathroom sink & fridge! Finally, a few more 'consumables', such as cooking oils etc would be nice; but a grey area since Covid...
"The cottage was cosy and we felt at home right away."

Third holiday in Ashfield studio market rasen this year as usual owners were brilliant a lovely friendly couple, lovely comfortable accommodation, a home from home would highly recommend, really comfortable bed and great wifi, lovely grounds perfect
"We had a lovely week, and feel that Ashfield Studio is one of the best cottages we have stayed in."
We will be returning to this cottage again in the future. Thank you for letting us share your garden and the apples. We certainly would recommend this property AAA+++

Lovely holiday cottage has everything you need well equipped in lovely grounds and the owners are lovely and friendly this was our second visit and we will be there again next week highly recommended
No problem. Our dog loved it. Friendly owners. Good price.
"Comfortable cottage with a lovely garden."
Wi-Fi was patchy.
"Comfortable place to stay there's everything you could need for the stay beautiful surroundings would recommend"
"Thank you for a lovely comfortable weekend stay."
Despite stormy and blustery weather, we were cosy in the welcoming accommodation, and had everything we needed. The enclosed garden area and extensive rural grounds were perfect for our spaniel. We loved the vaulted bedroom and comfy bed, the well-equipped kitchen diner and lounge. The heating was just right. My only concern is the spiral staircase, which I slipped down wearing socks - the steps are very slippery. Otherwise really relaxing. Highly recommend a trip into Lincoln and also Hemswell Antiques Centre.
Everything you could possibly need or want in there. The photos don't do it justice. Surrounded by woodland and very peaceful. Ideal for a getaway with a dog. Only a 10 minute drive into Market Rasen and 40 mins to the beach. Would definitely return.
"From booking to leaving I felt supported and well advised by Sykes."
The stay was made further pleasant by such a lovely host.
"Fantastic and wonderful owners thank you x"
"Bed very comfortable and bedroom generally very nice and usable Fairly well equipped kitchen - could do with some small bowls for nibbles, but I'm quibbling here!"
The Studio wasn't as quiet as we'd expected - the link to the main house is good for advice about the area
"Lovely location for relaxing and woodland walks."
Easy distance to explore Lincoln and surrounds. Very comfortable bed up spiral staircase. Safe and private garden for the dog. Owner in adjoining property friendly and helpful but not intrusive.
"Great base for Lincolnshire Wolds, lovely woodland walks opposite, beautiful garden, cosy interior."
Slight niggle of intermittent Wifi but otherwise great holiday. Go here if you love nature. Also highly recommended the chocolate shop “special edition” by the woods on the opposite end of Market Rasen.
Peaceful, green location. Well located for visiting the area. The studio is extremely spacious, clean, tidy and very well equipped. We experienced sunshine most days and so the garden was a bonus. Denise and Martin very welcoming hosts, though not at all intrusive. We felt as if we could just come and go as we pleased and were able to treat the place as home.
"A lovely comfortable studio, well appointed and in an excellent location to explore the delights of Lincolnshire and the Wolds."
The coast is close by with some very beautiful and quiet stretches of sandy beach. We really enjoyed our holiday.
"Very nice hosts, let us get on without any intrusion, but also very approachable had we needed."
The driveway is easily missed but once you know where it is it’s easy. Do not be put off by the kennel next door, we wouldn’t have known it existed had we not read it on the website. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing, well worth a wander.
"Really enjoyed our week at Ashfield Studio."
Lots of nice local walks, lovely day in Lincoln and plenty of places to enjoy on the coast. The studio is spacious, clean and well-equipped with a lovely garden, including a smaller fenced off section ideal for the dog. The narrow spiral staircase may be a challenge for some but, overall, would highly recommend.
"Exactly as described, very comfortable apartment for two."
Very clean and well equipped. Lots of lovely countryside walks around the area. Would definitely recommend
Great hosts. Only downside the steep spiral stairs and downstairs bathroom which was mentioned in the description and we overcame by leaving on a downstairs light so as not to wake each other trying to find the light switch in an unfamiliar place.. Not a problem if you are younger., Very private even though it is an annexe. We would go again..
"This is an excellent / comfortable place to stay, all furnishings are of a high standard, the decor is superb throughout, highly recommend."
"We had our own private garden, but we were also allowed to explore the extensive grounds belonging to the owners."
This was very kind on their part.
"I was a pleasure to be over there."
Extraordinary quiet place to rest and relax. Plenty of space outside to enjoy contact with nature. My dog was happy to have big area to discover.
"We had a fantastic week the cottage was excellent and was what we needed."
"Sykes cottages informed me there wasn't any iron or ironing board at the lovely property, however the owners kindly informed me that there was an iron & ironing board available."
There is also a hair dryer which is not listed in the property listing plus a mobile fan heater/cooler.
"Excellent place to stay."
Place is done very nicely. Owners are fantastic! The Internet is not very good, but the owner straight away gave me and ethernet cable to try. This gave me enough to get my paperwork and emails done in the evenings. Excellent accommodation once again from sykes.
"This accommodation is lovely, well thought out, tastefully decorated and in a wonderfully peaceful part of Lincolnshire."
Home owners were friendly and welcoming but not intrusive. Great base to explore the surrounding area, with plenty of walks for the dog. Will definitely stay again.
"Quite relaxing annexe set in a large natural garden."
Morden and old world charm.
"Lovely setting and gardens."
"It was really nice accommodation, and the owners had added some Christmas decorations, which was a lovely touch."
An ideal location for us to visit relatives, in the area.
"It’s a really nice cottage to explore the area and for peaceful walks with the dogs in the woods."
Well equipped and warm. An automatic outside light would be useful.
"Excellent dog friendly, owners very helpful would definitely recommend."
"Home from home"
"Very happy with the accommodation."
we really enjoyed our stay.
"A lovely cottage, very spacious and well equipped."
The garden and grounds round the house were wonderfull. The owners made us feel very welcome. All in all a great holiday for us!
"Extremely comfortable and relaxing."
The owners have thought of everything. Lovely place to stay.

Excellent service - rented property as described - wonderful accommodation - friendly and very helpful owners - would recommend highly
"We have had a lovely stay in the most comfortably accomodation ,everything is provided and clean."
The staircase is easily manageable up to the enormous bedroom, linen is beautiful. A well equipped kitchen &comfortable living room. The owners gardens are full of colour and wildlife. Overall we had a wonderful stay & would highly recommend it. The only negative points I would make is that the property is not at the edge of a village and the local pub has long since closed down.
"The owners were very nice, available if needed but unobtrusive if not."
Everything we needed was there. It was a cold week but property was always very warm and cosy. However, if there are mobility issues be aware of narrow spiral staircase.
"The studio was furnished to an extremely high standard, and was extremely comfortable"
"Nice place to bee."
Nice area, but we never come back to the same place. We want to see the whole UK.
"We had a lovely restful break."
The accommodation was clean and the owners showed great attention to detail. Highly recommended.
"The property has everything one needs for a short break."
Very quiet location and extremely peaceful. Denise and Martin the owners were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area.
