"Would have liked to able to turn the heat down, I know I could of contacted the owner."
Cold water tap in the kitchen run warm water? This is just nitpicking, overall a great place with good parking.
"Lovely house, very well laid out and spacious for the 8 of us."
Great place to use as a base for the area. Some lovely beaches nearby. Pwllheli is a bit "tired" to be honest and isn't as nice as Abersoch (which is lovely), but that is reflected in the price, so if you don't mind travelling about then this property is ideal.
"Absolutely beautiful house, spacious, lovely decor and in one of our favourite areas."
Close to amenities and a very short walk into Pwllheli. Really enjoyed our stay and the owner was very kind to send on something we left to us. Would love to stay here again.
Thank you for being such considerate guests. We're so pleased you enjoyed your stay, we would welcome you back in the future. Property Owner

"Lovely modern, warm, clean house."
In a good location in the town- quiet but near shops and takeaways. We had one issue and it was fixed straight away. Highly recommend.

"The holiday property was spotlessly clean."
Lovely and warm, comfy beds. Everything worked as we had expected it to do. We found it really convenient for Pwllheli, the beach, countryside whilst being in a quiet location.
Thank you for such lovely feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed your stay. Property Owner
"No hot water for 2 days water is limited."
I’m disappointed you left this feedback. You contacted me the owner on the morning this happened and it was fixed within the hour by our engineer boosting the programmes. The hot water tank is designed to comfortably accommodate showers for 8 people but cannot accommodate multiple baths which appeared to be the problem. Property Owner
"We really enjoyed our Winter pre-Christmas break at 3 Yr Hên Lys recently."
It was bitterly cold weather but the house was lovely, warm and cosy. High standard property, spacious, very clean and modern! Convenient to all amenities but in a quiet area of Pwllheli. Ideal for families.
Thank you for your kind feedback. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at our property and thank you for being wonderful guests. Property Owner
