Cold water tap in the kitchen run warm water? This is just nitpicking, overall a great place with good parking.

Great place to use as a base for the area. Some lovely beaches nearby. Pwllheli is a bit "tired" to be honest and isn't as nice as Abersoch (which is lovely), but that is reflected in the price, so if you don't mind travelling about then this property is ideal.

Close to amenities and a very short walk into Pwllheli. Really enjoyed our stay and the owner was very kind to send on something we left to us. Would love to stay here again.

"No hot water for 2 days water is limited."
I’m disappointed you left this feedback. You contacted me the owner on the morning this happened and it was fixed within the hour by our engineer boosting the programmes. The hot water tank is designed to comfortably accommodate showers for 8 people but cannot accommodate multiple baths which appeared to be the problem. Property Owner

It was bitterly cold weather but the house was lovely, warm and cosy. High standard property, spacious, very clean and modern! Convenient to all amenities but in a quiet area of Pwllheli. Ideal for families.
