The Farm House is a fantastic semi-detached cottage surrounded by countryside in Cilan, near Abersoch, Gwynedd.

This lovely cottage is an ideal base for a family of seven or two families looking to escape to the Llyn Peninsula.

It has allocated parking, making it easy to explore the local area, including its stunning beaches.

After parking, enter the living/dining room, a perfect space for relaxation with exposed stonework adding a touch of charm and plush seating allowing you to unwind in front of the TV with Netflix or Amazon TV and a glowing woodburning stove.

After you've had a chance to unwind, head into the kitchen/diner, an impressive and well-equipped space with everything you need to prepare delectable treats, including a Range cooker with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, and dishwasher.

Meals can be enjoyed as a quick meal on the go at the breakfast bar or as a sit-down meal in the living/dining room.

After dinner, why not take a nighttime dip in the hot tub on the front, raised decking?

Those who need to catch up on work while they're away will find a large mezzanine study on the first floor!

As the day draws to a close, continue across the first floor to find two of the well-appointed bedrooms, a spacious double and a bunk bed ideal for children; both rooms have access to a nearby bathroom, which has sleek tiling throughout, a bath, and an overhead shower.

The master bedroom is also nearby, and it includes a king-size bedroom as well as access to the single room, and a large en-suite shower room with unique features like a curved shower enclosure.

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
