  • "The cracked cups were still there (as mentioned in a previous review) along with cracked and chipped champagne glasses ."

The biggest dissapointment was no heat or lights in the conservatory , you supply an extension lead but no heater . Where were we suppose to eat our Xmas dinner ?

  • "Well appointed property, clean, great views & facilities & would stay again."

Minor issues 3 of the cups leak & have been put in the cupboard above the sink. The living room blind needs mending/replacing & the shed outside is unstable. Maybe change directions to its the first house on the left as opposed to opens up on the left as we drove past it, not helped because on google maps it identifies it incorrectly as further down the lane to the right.

We are really happy you enjoyed your stay and would stay again in future. We are sorry for the cup leakages and have replaced them. The living room blind has also been replaced. The shed has also been replaced with a more strong sturdy shed that can with stand the weather. We have noted your recommendation on editing the directions and are looking to change the description. • "We had a lovely time the house was very comfortable well equipped and clean."

We felt there should of been some soap in the 4 bathrooms on arrival. The shed would not close and was blown at an angle in the strong wind we had one night but we pushed it back in place. The garden was beautiful and the chihuahuas loved running around the large garden but because of their small size we had to put slate tiles against the bottom of the gates so they couldn't get out. All Y Fron is an idyllic and peaceful place to spend time with family.

  • "On the whole we liked the house."

The airfryer and some of the utensils were gruby but the house was very clean. The broken blind in the lounge was frustrating and the poorly looked after garden let the outside down. The mattress in the front right was extremely comfortable, would it be possible to know which brand it is ?

We are happy you liked the house. I am sorry the air fryer and utensils were left unclean and do pride ourselves on cleanliness so we will make sure this won’t happen again. We have replaced the blind. The garden does have a gardener tending to the grounds on a weekly basis so we are sorry to hear this did not look kept to you. The mattress are all Simba mattresses to assure or a good night sleep. Property Owner

  • "Wonderful house - everything worked as it should."

Minor maintenance needed on the conservatory door to the outside (think the door has dropped but we still used it - with a struggle?) Loved the AGA in the kitchen made the house wonderfully warm and cosy. Beds comfy and everything to hand. Honestly can't think of anything to be concerned about lovely spacious house and garden, great location the whole family enjoyed themselves despite the vagaries of the weather and will consider rebooking in the future. Also will be recommending this property to a friend who is looking for a suitable holiday let for a family reunion.

Thank you for your lovely review on Ael Y Fron. We are so happy you and your family enjoyed your stay. I am sorry for any inconvenience the door may have caused during stay, we have now had the door fixed. We hope to host you again soon. Property Owner
