  • "Very enjoyable and comfortable stay at The Old Hall."

A beautiful property in lovely surroundings. We had a brilliant time as a family of 10. Plenty of room for everyone and good size bedrooms. Beautifully presented and decorated. The only downside was issues acessing hot water, we had to boil pans of water to wash up and get a bath, unless you could handle a very cold shower!!!

So very glad you enjoy The Old Hall , all guests have my details to contact me directly if there any issues at all, the hot water takes a couple of minutes to travel, large country house can sometime not be instant for anything :) it’s is a case of running the taps an extra couple of minutes . I’m so sorry you were inconvenienced . Property Owner

  • "Beautiful house and garden and location and ambiance."

2 different kitchens useful Space for families to spread out The en suite shower wasn’t working which was clearly an ongoing problem that hadn’t been sorted/communicated. Hot water therefore was more problematic for 2 baths-took a while to re warm and ran out twice in 72 hrs Lovely Aga-the pilot blew out and quick response to fix this

  • "Very enjoyable stay in this beautifully furnished country house."

Plenty of space in both the house and garden. This was important as we have 4 grandsons. The owner lived nearby and was very helpful and welcoming. The WI-FI was a little wonky as was the plumbing but this did not stop us from having a very good week in a lovely location.

Thank you so much for the feed back, it was so unlucky that Northern Power who deliver the electric to the village went down during your stay, that effected the wifi and the water system runs from wifi . I can only apologise for matters out of my control. Lovely family who enjoyed the space, hopefully Jacob will play football for his number 1 team ! My grandson Oliver blue made a good friend :) Property Owner
